SELLERLOGIC<\/strong>: Martin, wo kommst Du urspr\u00fcnglich her und was ist das Besondere an diesem Ort?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Ich komme aus Remshagen mitten im Oberbergischen Kreis. Geboren wurde ich allerdings in Engelskirchen \u2013 im Gegensatz zu Remshagen, mit seinen 380 Einwohner, gab es in Engelskirchen ein Krankenhaus. Sp\u00e4ter habe ich dort auch mal gewohnt. Engelskirchen ist auch viel ber\u00fchmter. Zum einen betrieb der Vater des ber\u00fchmten Sozialisten Engels dort eine Baumwollspinnerei, zum anderen hat Engelskirchen ein echtes Weihnachtspostamt. Kinder aus aller Welt k\u00f6nnen ihre Wunschzettel per Post an das Christkind nach Engelskirchen schicken. Im Weihnachtspostamt werden diese Briefe auch beantwortet. Immerhin kommen jedes Jahr bis zu 135.000 Briefe aus 50 L\u00e4ndern an. Mittlerweile lebe ich in der N\u00e4he von K\u00f6ln direkt am Rhein.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n

Wie w\u00fcrdest Du das Unternehmen bzw. die Produkte und Deine Aufgaben Deinen Freunden beschreiben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Ich arbeite als COO (Chief Operations Officer) bei SELLERLOGIC. Hm, Elevator-Pitch, ich verstehe. Ich verantworte die Abteilung Operations \u2013 das beinhaltet die Analyse und Optimierung interner Prozesse als auch Aktivit\u00e4ten, Produkt- und Serviceentwicklung (Business Development), sowie das Compliance Management. Bei SELLERLOGIC arbeiten wir nicht nur vertikal, sondern auch untereinander gut vernetzt, dadurch auch horizontal. Silo-Denken und Handeln finden bei uns nicht statt. Neben meinen Hauptaufgaben unterst\u00fctze ich auch Sales im Partnermanagement.<\/p>\n\n

Wie kamst Du zu SELLERLOGIC?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Das war eine sehr lustige Geschichte. SELLERLOGIC suchte im Bereich Sales einen Partner Manager. Die Stellenanzeige ging online, ich las sie und habe mich -da ich den Sales-Verantwortlichen sehr gut kenne- aus Spa\u00df beworben. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag bekam ich direkt einen Anruf von ihm. Wir vereinbarten ein Treffen, um Details einer m\u00f6glichen Zusammenarbeit zu besprechen. Vor Ort war dann auch der Gr\u00fcnder Igor Branopolski dabei. Wir kamen sehr schnell auf die Idee, doch weitaus mehr gemeinsam auf die Beine stellen zu k\u00f6nnen und vor allem zu wollen. So war die Zeit zwischen Bewerbung aus Spa\u00df bis zur Einstellung sehr kurz. Ich liebe solche Gegebenheiten und hier bei SELLERLOGIC passt das Professionelle und das Individuelle perfekt zusammen.<\/p>\n\n

Was ist Dein Eindruck von SELLERLOGIC und dem Team?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Das Team ist GROSSartig! Es ist sehr gut gemischt, wir wachsen sehr gut und unternehmerisch gesund. Was alle vereint, ist der Hands-on Ansatz. Jeder \u00fcbernimmt gerne Verantwortung, lernt gerne und das jeden Tag. Bei SELLERLOGIC herrscht eine sehr freundliche, offene Atmosph\u00e4re mit viel Interaktion und auch Austausch. Das gesamte Team hat neben dem Spa\u00df am Arbeiten einen sehr hohen professionellen Anspruch.<\/p>\n\n

Was sind die besten Seiten an Dir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Neugierde: Ich lerne mein Leben lang und gerne. Nichts ist uninteressant f\u00fcr mich. Beruflich, wie auch privat suche ich neue Herausforderungen und probiere vieles aus.<\/p>\n\n

Empathischer Teamplayer: Mein Credo ist \u2013 wir sind keine Einzelg\u00e4nger! St\u00e4rken erkennen und f\u00f6rdern. Gute Leistung verdient Lob.<\/p>\n\n

Keine Angst: Oft wei\u00df ich nicht, was mich erwartet, ich wei\u00df aber, dass ich es kann. Stelle Dich Deinen Herausforderungen und finde Deinen Weg, sie zu l\u00f6sen.<\/p>\n\n

Dann noch ein kurzer privater Einblick: Was treibst Du f\u00fcr gew\u00f6hnlich in deiner Freizeit? Was sind Deine Hobbies?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In meiner Freizeit gibt es viele Dinge, mit denen ich oft Zeit verplempere -aus der Sicht anderer-. Aus meiner Sicht ist es eher das flexible Umgehen mit der Zeit ? Ne, im Ernst, ich fotografiere gerne, bearbeite meine Bilder, um sie dann doch nicht auszudrucken und an die Wand zu h\u00e4ngen. Ebenso schaue ich mir sehr gerne Serien auf allen Kan\u00e4len an. Und wenn noch etwas Zeit bleibt, dann inhaliere ich Dokumentationen, gehe zu selten ins Kino und mache zu wenig Sport.<\/p>\n\n

Was ich ganz besonders liebe, ist Wasser. Je mehr davon, desto besser. Zum Beispiel das Mittelmeer. Dann schwimme und schnorchel ich. Dazu kommt das Bootfahren, wann immer ich die M\u00f6glichkeit dazu habe.<\/p>\n\n

Kann man Dir irgendwo folgen, zum Beispiel bei Twitter oder Instagram?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Na klar. Unter @mrtn_ndk findet Ihr mich bei Instagram. Twitter nutze ich sehr selten und dann oft nur zum Durchst\u00f6bern anderer Tweets.<\/p>\n\n

Was war Dein letzter Einkauf bei Amazon?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Ich kaufe sehr h\u00e4ufig bei Amazon, weil ich die gesamte Abwicklung einzigartig finde. Aus Sicht des K\u00e4ufers genial. Wenn ich an meine Wunschliste denke, wird mir aber auch schwindelig. ? Meine letzten K\u00e4ufe waren etwas Uninspirierendes und etwas l\u00e4ngst Vergessenes. Ein USB-C Verl\u00e4ngerungskabel f\u00fcr den B\u00fcroeinsatz und f\u00fcr ein Familienmitglied die gute alte Ohrwolle. Ja, richtig gelesen, die gibts wirklich. Sch\u00fctzt die Ohren bei Spazierg\u00e4ngen an der st\u00fcrmischen Nordsee vor Wind und K\u00e4lte. Super Produkt.<\/p>\n\n
