For at markedsf\u00f8re sine produkter effektivt i dette h\u00f8jt konkurrencepr\u00e6gede milj\u00f8 er Amazon Advertising n\u00f8glen til succes. Men hvilke reklamekampagner er egnede til hvilke produkter, og hvor rentable er annoncerne?<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-538895-identifier\">Her kommer Amazon KPIs ind i billedet. Under Key Performance Indicators forst\u00e5s pr\u00e6stationsm\u00e5linger, der g\u00f8r det muligt for s\u00e6lgere at m\u00e5le og forbedre deres markedspladspr\u00e6station baseret p\u00e5 Amazon-data. Men hvilke KPIs p\u00e5 Amazon er overhovedet relevante, og hvad siger Amazon-data om markedspladsens pr\u00e6station? Et salg p\u00e5 Amazon og brugen af Amazon Advertising er pr\u00e6get af mange beslutninger. Hvilke produkter egner sig til salg gennem markedspladsen, og hvilke produkter performer bedre end andre? Hvilke priser fungerer, og hvor meget effekt har reklamekampagner?<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-532194-identifier\">Med KPIs p\u00e5 Amazon kan s\u00e6lgere kontrollere pr\u00e6stationen af deres produkter og identificere samt udligne mangler i forhold til konkurrenterne. KPIs p\u00e5 Amazon g\u00f8r det muligt at definere realistiske m\u00e5l og tr\u00e6ffe informerede beslutninger baseret p\u00e5 Amazon-data.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-409983-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Relevante KPIs p\u00e5 Amazon<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-731137-identifier\">Ser man p\u00e5 m\u00e6ngden af <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sellerlogic.com\/da\/blog\/de-vigtigste-amazon-kpi-er-i-et-overblik-disse-malinger-bor-saelgere-bestemt-vaere-opmaerksomme-pa\/\">KPIs p\u00e5 Amazon<\/a>, kan man hurtigt blive overv\u00e6ldet af datam\u00e6ngden. For forskellige annonceformater, brancher og forsendelsesmetoder kan der findes egne KPIs. Derudover er der egne KPIs for s\u00e6lgere og leverand\u00f8rer. Men er alle disse virkelig relevante?<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-923258-identifier\">N\u00e6h. Enkelte KPIs p\u00e5 Amazon har altid deres berettigelse for deres specifikke virkningsomr\u00e5de. Det er dog tilstr\u00e6kkeligt at kende de Amazon KPIs, der giver udsagn om ens egne aktiviteter p\u00e5 Amazon. Vi har derfor opdelt ofte anvendte KPIs i tre temaomr\u00e5der og pr\u00e6senterer dem gradvist. Denne opdeling tager ikke konkret h\u00f8jde for, om KPIs mere anvendes af s\u00e6lgere eller leverand\u00f8rer, men klassificerer KPIs baseret p\u00e5 deres tematiske anvendelse.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-756932-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>KPIs til m\u00e5ling af den generelle pr\u00e6station<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-887449-identifier\">F\u00f8rst ser vi p\u00e5 Amazon KPIs til den generelle pr\u00e6station. Disse vedr\u00f8rer salgspr\u00e6stationen, som kan betragtes uafh\u00e6ngigt af den anvendte markedsf\u00f8ring af ens egne produkter p\u00e5 Amazon.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-132972-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e5ling af succes og fiasko for produkter<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-216686-identifier\">For at m\u00e5le succesen af produkter p\u00e5 Amazon b\u00f8r man bestemt inddrage KPIs for antallet af <strong>impressioner<\/strong> samt <strong>antallet af sidevisninger<\/strong>. Begge pr\u00e6stationsm\u00e5linger kan give indsigt i, hvorvidt det valgte keyword-s\u00e6t er tilpasset de stillede s\u00f8geforesp\u00f8rgsler, og hvor h\u00f8j synligheden af placeringerne i rangeringen p\u00e5 s\u00f8geresultatsiden er. CTR (klikrate) kan ogs\u00e5 vise, hvor relevant en placering er for bestemte keywords, s\u00e5 brugerne klikker p\u00e5 det tilbudte produkt.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-110457-identifier\">Da s\u00e6lgere, der ejer Buyboxen for et produkt, har st\u00f8rre salgsmuligheder, er overv\u00e5gning af ejerskabet en bekymring for mange s\u00e6lgere. Gennem KPIs som <strong>LBB<\/strong> (Lost Buybox) eller <strong>Buybox gevinster i %<\/strong> kan man m\u00e5le, hvor ofte en s\u00e6lger har mistet Buyboxen for egne produkter p\u00e5 grund af den fastsatte pris, eller hvor ofte Buyboxen er blevet vundet for alle ASINs. Mens en h\u00f8j LBB-v\u00e6rdi kan indikere en problematisk prisstrategi, der ikke tilpasser sig konkurrencen og dermed skaber prisudsving, tyder en h\u00f8j andel af Buybox-gevinster p\u00e5 store salgsmuligheder.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-682500-identifier\">KPI&#8217;en <strong>RepOOS<\/strong> angiver sidevisninger af en ASIN i den valgte periode, som ikke var tilg\u00e6ngelige p\u00e5 tidspunktet for visningen, men som i det automatiserede beregningssystem for bestillingsprocessen for leverand\u00f8rer var registreret som genbestillingsbare. En h\u00f8j v\u00e6rdi kan indikere, at lagerstyringen eller forsyningsk\u00e6deprocesserne b\u00f8r optimeres, s\u00e5 en konstant tilg\u00e6ngelighed af produkter kan sikres.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-347381-identifier\">S\u00e6lgere kan ogs\u00e5 f\u00e5 oplysninger fra Amazon-data om, hvor meget profit der opn\u00e5s efter fradrag af alle omkostninger for solgte produkter. En h\u00f8j <strong>Netto PPM<\/strong> (Net Pure Product Margin) indikerer rentable produkter og h\u00f8je marginer.<\/p><div class=\"wp-block-image gb-responsive-112874-identifier\"><figure class=\"theme-wp-block aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/d2bw95mh2ee04s.cloudfront.net\/prod\/content\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/23135527\/U%CC%88berblick-u%CC%88ber-relevante-KPIs-auf-Amazon.jpg\" alt=\"<strong>KPIs p\u00e5 Amazon: Det siger Amazon-data om markedspladsens pr\u00e6station<\/strong>&#8221; class=&#8221;wp-image-25603&#8243; width=&#8221;710&#8243; height=&#8221;631&#8243;><\/figure><\/div><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-73139-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>KPIs til kundetilfredshed<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-471541-identifier\">Kundetilfredshed er alfa og omega for etableringen af en vedvarende kundebase. For at overv\u00e5ge tilfredsheden kan forskellige KPIs inddrages, som besk\u00e6ftiger sig med forskellige aspekter af kunderejsen eller kontaktpunkterne mellem s\u00e6lgere og kunder.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-432385-identifier\">S\u00e5ledes kan <strong>raten for gyldighed af sporingsnumre<\/strong> give indsigt i kundeoplevelsen, som b\u00f8r v\u00e6re mere positiv, hvis brugerne kan foresp\u00f8rge status for deres bestilling.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-975823-identifier\">En h\u00f8j <strong>rate af forsinkede leveringer<\/strong> eller en lang <strong>gennemsnitlig forsendelsestid<\/strong> kan for eksempel indikere negative kundeoplevelser med forsendelsesprocesserne. Ligeledes kan en lang <strong>gennemsnitlig reaktionstid<\/strong> fra s\u00e6lgernes side, som er blevet brugt til at besvare kundehenvendelser i de sidste 90 dage, tyde p\u00e5 negative oplevelser med kundeservice.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-909913-identifier\">Denne tilstand ville ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5virke pr\u00e6stationsm\u00e5lingerne for <strong>utilfredshed med kundeservice<\/strong>, <strong>returvarer<\/strong> eller <strong>gennemsnitlig s\u00e6lgerbed\u00f8mmelse<\/strong>. En d\u00e5rlig gennemsnitlig s\u00e6lgerbed\u00f8mmelse kan dog ogs\u00e5 have sin oprindelse i mangler ved selve produktet, hvilket igen kunne afspejles i <strong>raten for bestillingsmangler<\/strong>. For at f\u00e5 indsigt i kritik b\u00f8r anmeldelser derfor altid holdes under opsyn, og der b\u00f8r reageres hurtigt p\u00e5 kritik.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-164936-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00e6stationsm\u00e5linger for nye kunder<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-355150-identifier\">En konstant v\u00e6kst i kundebasen g\u00e5r h\u00e5nd i h\u00e5nd med en stigning i salget af egne produkter. Indsigter i udviklingen af nye kunder kan derfor give s\u00e6lgere relevante oplysninger om sammens\u00e6tningen af kundebasen.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-565919-identifier\">H\u00f8je v\u00e6rdier for pr\u00e6stationsm\u00e5lingerne <strong>\u201enye kunder\u201c bestillinger<\/strong> eller <strong>\u201enye kunder\u201c oms\u00e6tning<\/strong> samt deres respektive procentandele af den samlede kundebase viser, hvor mange bestillinger der er foretaget af nye kunder, og hvor stor den genererede oms\u00e6tning er.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-964822-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Advertising KPIs p\u00e5 Amazon<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-430494-identifier\">N\u00e5r man ser p\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sellerlogic.com\/da\/blog\/amazon-advertising\/\">Amazon Advertising<\/a>, bliver det hurtigt klart, at der er tale om forskellige sammenh\u00e6ngende processer, der b\u00f8r betragtes forskelligt. For at f\u00e5 et godt overblik over reklamesucces og -omkostninger er det derfor uundg\u00e5eligt at se p\u00e5 de enkelte KPIs.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-893740-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Amazon KPIs for reklameomkostninger<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-688784-identifier\">For at holde overblikket over reklameomkostningerne kan KPIs som <strong>CPC<\/strong> (omkostninger pr. klik) eller <strong>Ad Spend<\/strong> (reklameudgifter) v\u00e6re til hj\u00e6lp. CPC angiver de reklameomkostninger, der opst\u00e5r ved et klik p\u00e5 den opsatte annonce. Den har en v\u00e6sentlig indflydelse p\u00e5 de reklameomkostninger, der opst\u00e5r i l\u00f8bet af en bestilling. En oversigt over de samlede reklameomkostninger gives af pr\u00e6stationsm\u00e5lingen for Ad Spend. For at optimere og kontrollere reklameudgifterne b\u00f8r disse KPIs overv\u00e5ges. De giver dog ikke oplysninger om den opn\u00e5ede rentabilitet, da denne ogs\u00e5 kan opn\u00e5s trods h\u00f8je reklameomkostninger.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-494126-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e5ling af reklamesucces p\u00e5 Amazon<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-146906-identifier\">For at m\u00e5le reklameeffektiviteten b\u00f8r der inddrages pr\u00e6stationsindikatorer, der giver oplysninger om synligheden og anvendelsen af enkelte annoncer. Til dette form\u00e5l anvendes Amazon KPI&#8217;erne for <strong>klik<\/strong>, <strong>impressioner<\/strong>, <strong>klikrate (CTR)<\/strong>, <strong>gennemsigtighedsrate (VTR)<\/strong> og <strong>impressionsandel<\/strong>. <\/p><div class=\"theme-block-list\"><ul class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-3383-identifier wp-block-list\"><li class=\"theme-wp-block\"><strong>Impressioner<\/strong> angiver synligheden af en annonce og viser, hvor mange personer der har set en annonce. <strong>Klik<\/strong> g\u00e5r et skridt videre i kunderejsen og repr\u00e6senterer visningerne af en annonce. Kombineret giver dette <strong>klikrate<\/strong>, som repr\u00e6senterer procentdelen af brugerne, der ser en annonce og derefter klikker p\u00e5 den. <strong>VTR<\/strong> relaterer disse pr\u00e6stationsindikatorer til videoformater og viser, hvor mange visninger af en video der blev opn\u00e5et efter en impression. <\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\">En yderligere indikation af reklameeffektiviteten gives af Amazon KPI&#8217;en for <strong>impressionsandelen<\/strong>, som viser den procentuelle andel af impressioner for de \u00f8verste s\u00f8geresultater, som ens kampagne har modtaget af de samlede impressioner for de \u00f8verste s\u00f8geresultater. <\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\"><strong>Konverteringsraten (CR)<\/strong> inkluderer hele kunderejsen og angiver, hvor mange personer, der har klikket p\u00e5 en annonce, der faktisk har k\u00f8bt produktet. Da der betales pr. klik for de fleste annoncer, er denne pr\u00e6stationsindikator afg\u00f8rende for, hvor succesfuld en annonce i sidste ende performer. Konverteringsraten kan optimeres ved at v\u00e6lge passende s\u00f8geord til en kampagne og optimere produktsiden. Ogs\u00e5 konkurrenceevnen af jeres produkter og priser p\u00e5virker konverteringsraten og b\u00f8r tages i betragtning ved en optimering. Hvis jeres konverteringsrate ikke ligger inden for det \u00f8nskede omr\u00e5de, har vi sammensat <a href=\"https:\/\/movesell.de\/amazon-listing-optimieren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>en tjekliste<\/strong><\/a>, som I kan bruge til at kontrollere jeres produktside for optimeringsbehov og dermed opn\u00e5 mere konvertering p\u00e5 lang sigt.<\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\"><strong>Ad Share<\/strong> giver desuden indsigt i forholdet mellem reklameindt\u00e6gter og organiske indt\u00e6gter. Selvom der grundl\u00e6ggende b\u00f8r str\u00e6bes efter et afbalanceret forhold, skal v\u00e6rdien vurderes i forhold til det individuelt fastsatte strategiske m\u00e5l. <\/li><\/ul><\/div><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-547627-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00e6stationsindikatorer for rentabilitet p\u00e5 Amazon<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-861067-identifier\">For at m\u00e5le rentabiliteten sammenlignes de foretagne investeringer med resultaterne af en reklameannonce. Det er derfor v\u00e6rd at beregne KPI&#8217;erne <strong>ROI (Return on Investment)<\/strong> og <strong>ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)<\/strong>. Amazon tilbyder desuden pr\u00e6stationsindikatorerne <strong>ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale)<\/strong> og <strong>TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sale)<\/strong>.<\/p><div class=\"theme-block-list\"><ul class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-229214-identifier wp-block-list\"><li class=\"theme-wp-block\"><strong>ROI<\/strong> viser effektiviteten af reklamekampagner med hensyn til rentabilitet og de rene gevinsttal. Pr\u00e6stationsindikatoren beregnes ved at dividere gevinsten med kapitalindsatsen. Er ROI st\u00f8rre end 1,0, er den rene gevinst h\u00f8jere end den investerede kapital. Ved en ROI under 1,0 kan projektet betegnes som urentabelt. Disse antagelser skal dog tages med forbehold, da cross\/up-selling og andre positive bivirkninger ikke tages i betragtning.<\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\">I mods\u00e6tning hertil sammenligner <strong>ROAS<\/strong> de samlede reklameomkostninger med den opn\u00e5ede reklameindt\u00e6gt. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de vurderer den den samlede effektivitet af en bestemt sponsoreret kampagne, en annoncegruppe eller et produkt. <\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\">Ved hj\u00e6lp af den af Amazon skabte pr\u00e6stationsindikator for <strong>ACoS<\/strong> kan annonc\u00f8rer finde ud af, hvor profitable reklamekampagnerne er i forhold til reklameudgifterne. Jo lavere Average Cost of Sale er, desto mere rentabel er kampagnen. ACoS er derfor en af de vigtigste m\u00e5lindikatorer for at m\u00e5le reklameeffektiviteten. <\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\"><strong>TACoS<\/strong> beregnes p\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de, men inkluderer ikke kun reklameudgifterne, men de samlede udgifter i forhold til den opn\u00e5ede samlede oms\u00e6tning, og er dermed godt egnet til at vurdere den samlede rentabilitet. <\/li><\/ul><\/div><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-705213-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Amazon KPI&#8217;er for Sponsored Brands Videoer<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-309500-identifier\">Sponsored Brand Videoer er en specifik version af Amazon Advertising, for hvilken der findes egne KPI&#8217;er til m\u00e5ling af reklameeffektiviteten og de p\u00e5l\u00f8bne omkostninger.<\/p><h4 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-722533-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e5ling af reklameomkostninger for Sponsored Brands Videoer<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-172456-identifier\">S\u00e5 g\u00e6lder der ogs\u00e5 her Cost-per-Click afregningsmetoden, som for videoer dog angives ved hj\u00e6lp af Amazon pr\u00e6stationsindikatoren <strong>CPV (Cost-per-View)<\/strong>, der viser omkostningerne for en videoansigt. Gennem Amazon KPI&#8217;en <strong>VCPM<\/strong> kan omkostningerne pr. 1000 synlige impressioner desuden vises, hvilket giver en bedre fornemmelse for omkostningerne ved succesfuld r\u00e6kkevidde.<\/p><h4 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-192604-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>KPI&#8217;er for reklameeffektiviteten af SB-videoer<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-327357-identifier\">I mods\u00e6tning til andre annoncentyper kan succesen af videoerne i h\u00f8j grad vurderes ud fra den tid, brugerne har set videoen. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de kan forskellige pr\u00e6stationsindikatorer vise, hvor mange impressioner videoen har f\u00e5et for en bestemt varighed.
