Vi husker ogs\u00e5 med taknemmelighed de webinarer, vi har haft mulighed for at afholde sammen med vores partnere. Disse har ikke kun givet v\u00e6rdifulde indsigter, men ogs\u00e5 givet masser af tankestartere til fremtiden.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-460455-identifier\">Netop disse tankestartere vil blive taget op og diskuteret i dette blogindl\u00e6g.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-318971-identifier\">Sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om emnet FBA-refusioner<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-615513-identifier\">Ingen tvivl om, at den, der bruger FBA, har en klar fordel i forhold til andre non-FBA-s\u00e6lgere p\u00e5 Amazon. Dette skete enten gennem uoverensstemmelser i deres optegnelser, for eksempel n\u00e5r f\u00e6rre varer blev registreret i lageret end oprindeligt sendt, eller gennem henvisninger fra andre s\u00e6lgere. At finde de n\u00f8dvendige rapporter til dette er allerede for mange s\u00e6lgere for tidskr\u00e6vende. Is\u00e6r ved refunderinger af sm\u00e5 bel\u00f8b er man tilbageholdende med at investere tiden i at finde de rapporter, der er relevante for ens egen refundering, blandt de mange tilg\u00e6ngelige rapporter.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-326314-identifier\">N\u00e5r man f\u00f8rst har f\u00e5et dette gjort, skal man i n\u00e6ste skridt overbevise Seller Support, hvilket i ikke sj\u00e6ldne tilf\u00e6lde kr\u00e6ver meget vedholdenhed fra s\u00e6lgerne. Men hvis begge s\u00e6lgere har optimeret til den bedste pris, s\u00e6tter algoritmen <a href=\"\/da\/blog\/die-wichtigsten-kriterien-fuer-den-gewinn-der-buy-box\/\">andre metrikker<\/a> i fokus. Disse inkluderer blandt andet kundeservice, s\u00e6lger-rangering, ordre-defekt-rate, antal og kvalitet af produktanmeldelser, leveringstid og im\u00f8dekommenhed over for kunderne med hensyn til refunderingens politik. Hvilke metrikker der er afg\u00f8rende i det enkelte tilf\u00e6lde afh\u00e6nger helt af den konkrete sag. Ofte er det ogs\u00e5 blot lagerstedet for produktet, der er afg\u00f8rende. Hvis to personer eksempelvis k\u00e6mper om Buy Box for et produkt, der prim\u00e6rt s\u00e6lges i Italien, vinder den person Buy Box, hvis produkt kan leveres hurtigere til Italien, fordi det f.eks. er lagret i M\u00fcnchen og ikke i Berlin.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-511042-identifier\">En anden mulighed er opdelingen af Buy Box mellem s\u00e6lgerne.
