Vengo de Remshagen, en el medio del Oberbergischer Kreis. Sin embargo, nac\u00ed en Engelskirchen; a diferencia de Remshagen, que tiene 380 habitantes, Engelskirchen ten\u00eda un hospital. Tambi\u00e9n viv\u00ed all\u00ed por un tiempo. Engelskirchen es mucho m\u00e1s famosa. Trabajo como COO (Director de Operaciones) en SELLERLOGIC. Hmm, entiendo, un discurso de ascensor. Soy responsable del departamento de Operaciones; esto incluye el an\u00e1lisis y la optimizaci\u00f3n de procesos internos, as\u00ed como actividades, desarrollo de productos y servicios (Desarrollo de Negocios) y gesti\u00f3n de cumplimiento. En SELLERLOGIC, no solo trabajamos verticalmente, sino que tambi\u00e9n tenemos una buena red entre nosotros, lo que tambi\u00e9n ocurre horizontalmente. Fue una historia muy divertida. SELLERLOGIC estaba buscando un Gerente de Socios en el departamento de Ventas. La oferta de trabajo se public\u00f3 en l\u00ednea, la le\u00ed y, como conozco muy bien al gerente de Ventas, apliqu\u00e9 solo por diversi\u00f3n. Al d\u00eda siguiente, recib\u00ed una llamada de \u00e9l de inmediato. Concertamos una reuni\u00f3n para discutir los detalles de una posible colaboraci\u00f3n. El fundador, Igor Branopolski, tambi\u00e9n estuvo presente en el lugar. R\u00e1pidamente se nos ocurri\u00f3 la idea de que podr\u00edamos y quer\u00edamos lograr mucho m\u00e1s juntos. \u00a1El equipo es GENIAL! Est\u00e1 muy bien mezclado, estamos creciendo muy bien y de una manera empresarial saludable. Lo que une a todos es el enfoque pr\u00e1ctico. Todos est\u00e1n felices de asumir responsabilidades, disfrutan aprender y lo hacen todos los d\u00edas. En SELLERLOGIC, hay una atm\u00f3sfera muy amigable y abierta con mucha interacci\u00f3n e intercambio. Todo el equipo tiene un est\u00e1ndar profesional muy alto junto con el disfrute de trabajar.<\/p>

Curiosidad: me encanta aprender a lo largo de mi vida. Nada me resulta poco interesante. Profesional y personalmente, busco nuevos desaf\u00edos y pruebo muchas cosas.<\/p>

Jugador de equipo emp\u00e1tico: Mi credo es: \u00a1no somos lobos solitarios! Reconocer y fomentar las fortalezas. Un buen rendimiento merece elogios.<\/p>
