SELLERLOGIC<\/strong>: Arne, wo kommst Du urspr\u00fcnglich her und was ist das Besondere an diesem Ort?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Ich bin in Berlin geboren und aufgewachsen, in einem Berlin der 80er und 90er, sodass ich den Mauerfall direkt mitbekommen habe, weil ich nicht weit weg von der Warschauer Stra\u00dfe aufgewachsen bin. Obwohl Berlin gro\u00df und zum Teil auch dreckig ist, hat es doch sehr viele sch\u00f6ne Ecken, mit denen ich auch sehr viele sch\u00f6ne Erinnerungen verbinde. Zwischenzeitlich habe ich knapp 20 Jahre nicht in Berlin gelebt und bin nun wieder nach Berlin gezogen. Gerade die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe ist es, was mir an Berlin so gef\u00e4llt. Man kann hier allein in der Masse sein und hat dennoch viele gute Kontakte, \u00fcber die ganze Stadt verteilt und das will was hei\u00dfen. Denn Berlin ist so gro\u00df, dass jeder Bezirk einzeln seine Shopping Area hat. Berlin ist echtes Multi-Kulti und diese Mischung merkt man \u00fcberall in der Stadt, deswegen werde ich Berlin immer im Herzen tragen, auch wenn es mich mal wieder woanders hin verschlagen sollte.<\/p>\n\n

Wie w\u00fcrdest Du das Unternehmen bzw. die Produkte und Deine Aufgaben Deinen Freunden beschreiben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Als Team Lead f\u00fcr den Customer Success bzw. den Support bin ich seit September im Unternehmen, aber ich habe schon fr\u00fch gemerkt, dass es ein sehr interessantes Unternehmen ist. Flache Hierarchien sind hier wirklich Programm und ich mag es innovativ und fortschrittlich und open minded. Ich bin hier, um den Customer Support auf- bzw. auszubauen, Mitarbeiter hinzu zu holen, damit wir den besten Support f\u00fcr unsere Kunden bieten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n

Wie kamst Du zu SELLERLOGIC?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Long Story \u2026 der CEO kann schon hartn\u00e4ckig sein. In 2016 haben wir uns kennengelernt, als ich noch f\u00fcr Amazon im Verk\u00e4uferservice t\u00e4tig war und seitdem gab es immer mal wieder Momente, bei denen wir miteinander zu tun hatten und er mich dann mal fragte, ob ich nicht f\u00fcr ihn arbeiten m\u00f6chte. Anfangs habe ich abgelehnt, weil ich bei Amazon zufrieden war, doch im Februar 2019 hatten wir erneut Kontakt und er hatte mich anscheinend genau im richtigen Moment gefragt, ob ich es mir nicht doch noch einmal \u00fcberlegen m\u00f6chte. So kam es, dass wir uns zu einem Gespr\u00e4ch trafen und nun ja, jetzt bin ich seit September bei SELLERLOGIC und bereue meine Entscheidung nicht!<\/p>\n\n

Was ist Dein Eindruck von SELLERLOGIC und dem Team?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Ich habe es weiter oben bereits geschrieben, wie ich \u00fcber SELLERLOGIC denke, nur noch eines: SELLERLOGIC macht alles richtig und findet L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Verk\u00e4ufer, die sich bei Amazon allein gelassen f\u00fchlen und bietet hier guten Support, womit unsere Kunden einen echten Mehrwert haben. Das Team, klein aber fein, eine sch\u00f6ne Mischung unterschiedlicher, aber sehr interessanter Menschen. Auch wenn ich im Home Office bin und von Berlin aus arbeite, hatte ich schon das Gl\u00fcck, das Team pers\u00f6nlich kennenlernen zu d\u00fcrfen und es wird eine spannende und interessante Zeit, denn ich denke, dass wir gemeinsam SELLERLOGIC weit nach vorn katapultieren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n

Welche drei Eigenschaften zeichnen dich aus? Stell dich mal kurz vor. Was sind die besten Seiten an Dir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Puh, ein Gl\u00fcck wurde nach den besten Seiten gefragt, denn schlechte habe ich keine. Nein, im Ernst, ich bin ein emphatischer Zuh\u00f6rer und Fragesteller. Laut MBTI bin ich chaotisch-kreativ mit einem leichten Helfersyndrom. Aber letztlich beschreiben die Worte von J\u00fcrgen von der Lippe mich ganz gut: \u201eF\u00fc\u00dfe im Feuer und die Haare im Wind\u201c \u2013 ich bin gern unterwegs. Zu Hause sitzen, ist f\u00fcr mich eher ein Graus und ich muss \u00f6fter mal auch einfach raus.<\/p>\n\n

Wenn ich gro\u00df bin, dann werde ich Banker und raube die Welt aus.<\/p>\n\n

Ich glaube, so wirklich werde ich nie gro\u00df und habe irgendwie immer Flausen im Kopf, Zocke gern an der Playse und mache auch gern (auch wenn man es momentan nicht so sieht) Sport, nur f\u00fcr Langeweile ist nie Platz bei mir.<\/p>\n\n

Kann man Dir irgendwo folgen, zum Beispiel bei Twitter oder Instagram?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Die Stalker Frage, ja, in den \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man mir sehr gut folgen. ? Ich bin auf FB und IG, aber FB nutze ich nur f\u00fcr Informationen. Dass ich mal etwas poste, ist eher selten, wenn dann Reposts zu News zum Beispiel. Denn wenn ich auf ein Konzert gehe, geh\u00f6re ich zu denen, die das Smartphone in der Tasche lassen und das Konzert genie\u00dfen, anstatt es zu filmen und zu posten und mein Essen muss auch nicht unbedingt jeder sehen ?<\/p>\n\n

Nenn uns eine Deiner Macken.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Macken!? Na ja, w\u00fcsste ich jetzt gar nicht so genau, denn was andere vielleicht als Macke bezeichnen, ist f\u00fcr mich normal, denn mit der Normalit\u00e4t ist es wie mit der Kunst: Sie liegt im Auge des Betrachters und da mein Verhalten f\u00fcr mich normal ist, habe ich, glaube ich, keine Macke. Daher antworte ich hier nur mal mit Ausfl\u00fcchten, weil ich dazu nichts sagen kann.<\/p>\n\n
