Release of a new Review Manager tool

A new Review Manager tool has been released on the SELLERLOGIC Platform. It is designed to automate Amazon-compliant review requests and reduce the need for manual follow-ups.
You can set up Review Manager directly from the SELLERLOGIC Homepage and enable it for your Amazon seller accounts. Once enabled, open the “Dashboard” page and activate your first campaign to allow Review Manager to automatically send review requests for all applicable orders.

Contextual Knowledge base access added

Contextual access to SELLERLOGIC Knowledge base articles has been extended to the “Amazon automatic payouts”, “Profile”, and all pages of the “Affiliate” service. Relevant articles can now be viewed directly within the context of each page, providing faster guidance and support.

Operational dashboard introduction

A new “Operational dashboard” page has been introduced for Repricer under the “Dashboard” menu. The page provides a consolidated view of active issues that may affect the accuracy and operational performance of Repricer, with separate reporting for B2C and B2B product offers.
