Und dabei gelten dieselben Leistungskennzahlen auf Amazon, die im Marketing<\/strong> allgemein als KPIs genutzt werden.<\/p>

Ein ebenfalls wichtiger Amazon KPI ist daher der ACoS<\/strong>, kurz f\u00fcr \u201eAdvertising Cost of Sale\u201c. Dieser Indikator setzt die Kosten f\u00fcr Werbekampagnen ins Verh\u00e4ltnis zum Umsatz, der durch diese Werbung erzielt wurde: ACoS = Werbekosten \/ Umsatz.<\/p>

Bei einem Umsatz von 50.000 Euro und Werbeausgaben von 3.000 Euro betr\u00fcge der ACoS also 6%. Wie hoch der ACoS maximal liegen darf, ist jedoch von Produkt zu Produkt unterschiedlich<\/strong>. Hierzu m\u00fcssen vom Verkaufspreis alle Kosten abgezogen werden, die der H\u00e4ndler zus\u00e4tzlich hat, also beispielsweise die Herstellungskosten, die Umsatzsteuer oder die Gemeinkosten. Macht der H\u00e4ndler mit einer Kaffeemaschine beispielsweise einen Gewinn von 15 Prozent des Verkaufspreises, darf der ACoS nicht \u00fcber 15 Prozent liegen. Ansonsten w\u00fcrde daraus ein Minusgesch\u00e4ft.<\/p>

Wie hoch oder niedrig der ACoS als Amazon KPI liegen darf, h\u00e4ngt allerdings von vielen weiteren Faktoren ab, die individuell betrachtet werden m\u00fcssen, beispielsweise vom Ziel der PPC-Kampagnen<\/strong>, der Marge<\/strong> und wie hoch der Konkurrenzdruck<\/strong> innerhalb der Produktsparte ist. Anders als bei Google Ads zahlen Amazon Ads jedoch nicht nur auf die Sales eines Produktes ein, sondern haben auch immer einen Einfluss auf die organische Sichtbarkeit.<\/p>

Aufgrund dieser eher ganzheitlichen Wirkung sind viele Seller dazu \u00fcbergegangen, verst\u00e4rkt die Cost per Order (CPO)<\/strong> als Amazon KPI in den Blick zu nehmen. Dabei werden die Werbeausgaben eines bestimmten Zeitraumes durch die insgesamt erzielten Abverk\u00e4ufe in demselben Zeitraum geteilt. Fazit: Wer nicht \u00fcberwacht, verliert!<\/h2>

Auf Amazon verkaufen<\/a>, wichtige KPI-Metriken aber nicht regelm\u00e4\u00dfig checken? Kann man versuchen, ist aber sinnlos. Denn wer nicht wei\u00df, wo der Fehler im System liegt, ist kaum in der Lage, sein Business rechtzeitig zu optimieren. Die Folge k\u00f6nnen nicht nur eine Abstufung im Ranking oder der Verlust der Buy Box sein \u2013 auch eine Kontosperre ist eine durchaus realistische Aussicht.<\/p>
