De daarmee nagestreefde doelen zijn dezelfde die SELLERLOGIC sinds zijn oprichting nastreeft: Meer tijdsbesparing, minder werklast en snellere resultaten voor de klanten.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-124588-identifier wp-block-heading\">Direct doorsturen van uw Amazon-communicatie<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-321631-identifier\">Lost &#038; Found stelt u de noodzakelijke teksten voor het openen van een zaak bij Amazon in SellerCentral ter beschikking, die u via Copy &#038; Paste aan Amazon kunt doorgeven. Als er dan een antwoord van Amazon komt, moet u dit ook handmatig terugsturen naar SELLERLOGIC, zodat een supportmedewerker het antwoord van Amazon op juistheid kan controleren en de zaak kan behandelen. Dit proces is nu aanzienlijk vereenvoudigd.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-272322-identifier\">Vanaf nu kunt u een doorsturing van alle binnenkomende berichten van Amazon naar SELLERLOGIC Lost &#038; Found instellen. Op deze manier komen de Amazon-e-mails rechtstreeks bij het Customer Success Team, dat de zaak overneemt. Hiervoor moeten enkele voorwaarden worden vervuld, bijvoorbeeld moet de afzender van de doorgestuurde e-mail overeenkomen met een bij SELLERLOGIC geregistreerd e-mailadres, zodat de binnenkomende e-mails aan het juiste klantaccount kunnen worden toegewezen. Voor SELLERLOGIC irrelevante berichten verwijdert het systeem deze onmiddellijk.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-705811-identifier wp-block-heading\">Stel vandaag nog de e-maildoorsturing voor Lost &#038; Found in<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-659604-identifier\">Als u klant bij ons bent en interesse heeft om deze doorsturing in te stellen, volgt u de volgende stappen.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-869469-identifier wp-block-heading\">Instelling<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-476118-identifier\">1. Zorg ervoor dat het afzenderadres van de doorgestuurde e-mails overeenkomt met een bij SELLERLOGIC geregistreerd e-mailadres. Er moet minstens \u00e9\u00e9n gebruiker bestaan wiens in het SELLERLOGIC-systeem geregistreerde e-mailadres hetzelfde is als het adres waarover de e-mails worden doorgestuurd. Anders is doorsturen niet mogelijk.<\/p><div class=\"theme-block-list\"><ul class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-874919-identifier wp-block-list\"><li>Voorbeeld: Max Mustermann ontvangt de e-mails voor de zaakbehandeling van Amazon op het adres <strong>max.mustermann@postfach.com<\/strong>. In het SELLERLOGIC-klantenaccount bestaat er echter slechts \u00e9\u00e9n gebruiker met het e-mailadres <strong>m.mustermann@postfach.com<\/strong>. Het resultaat: De doorstuurfunctie is niet mogelijk.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"theme-block-list\"><ul class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-345614-identifier wp-block-list\"><li>Oplossing: Gelieve in het SELLERLOGIC-klantenaccount minstens \u00e9\u00e9n gebruiker aan te maken met het e-mailadres waarvan u de e-mails van Amazon wilt doorsturen. Zo kan het systeem de binnenkomende e-mails aan het juiste klantenaccount toewijzen. Neem gerust contact op met de ondersteuning als u daarbij hulp nodig heeft<\/li><\/ul><\/div><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-709267-identifier\">2. Richt nu een doorstuurfunctie in voor alle e-mails van Amazon naar het e-mailadres <strong>lost-found-auto-reply@sellerlogic.com<\/strong>. Dit is het e-mailadres van het ondersteuningssysteem, dat uitsluitend voor het ontvangen van antwoorden voor Lost &#038; Found zaken wordt gebruikt. <\/p><div class=\"theme-block-list\"><ul class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-429135-identifier wp-block-list\"><li>U kunt alle e-mails van Amazon naar SELLERLOGIC doorsturen, want het systeem filtert de relevante berichten eruit, leest deze in en verwijdert tegelijkertijd alle irrelevante berichten onmiddellijk.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"theme-block-list\"><ul class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-936621-identifier wp-block-list\"><li>Houd er rekening mee dat het doorsturen op basis van bepaalde termen of formuleringen in de onderwerpregel niet mogelijk is, omdat deze van geval tot geval verschillen. Alle <strong>e-mails<\/strong> van Amazon moeten dus altijd naar SELLERLOGIC worden doorgestuurd, zodat het proces goed functioneert.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-422525-identifier\">3. Bovendien moeten de doorgestuurde e-mails absoluut ongewijzigd blijven, aangezien de Amazon zaak-ID in het onderwerp is opgenomen en het systeem deze anders niet met de bijbehorende zaak kan koppelen<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-304368-identifier\">4. Verder is het belangrijk op te merken dat deze doorstuurfunctie zich alleen uitstrekt tot binnenkomende e-mails van Amazon. Alle uitgaande communicatie \u2013 dus alle informatie die tijdens de zaakbehandeling naar Amazon moet worden gestuurd \u2013 gebeurt nog steeds via het bestaande copy-paste-proces dat u al kent<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-246155-identifier\">5. De doorgestuurde e-mails worden alleen ingelezen bij open of nieuwe zaken. Bij zaken die al zijn gesloten, worden de berichten genegeerd<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-551515-identifier wp-block-heading\">Voordelen voor klanten<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-609689-identifier\">Zoals hierboven al kort aangegeven, liggen de voordelen voor u voor de hand. Want u bespaart op dit punt veel tijd, omdat u nu niet meer alle binnenkomende e-mails van Amazon naar SELLERLOGIC hoeft door te sturen of in te voeren.
