Vendar se niso razvijali le kanali, temve\u010d tudi tehnologije, ki ponujajo nove, inovativne izku\u0161nje za stranke. Kajti prav to je tudi cilj trendov tr\u017eenja 2023 v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sellerlogic.com\/de\/blog\/e-commerce-deutschland-2022\/\">e-trgovini<\/a>: edinstvena izku\u0161nja strank.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-132468-identifier wp-block-heading\">1. Dru\u017ebeni mediji so kralj v e-trgovini: Nara\u0161\u010dajo\u010di pomen dru\u017ebenih medijev<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-110383-identifier\">Ni mogo\u010de podcenjevati trenda e-trgovine k socialnemu trgovanju ter odkrivanju trgovanja na platformah dru\u017ebenih medijev. Razlog: Na dru\u017ebenih medijih veljajo druga\u010dna pravila kot na primer v klasi\u010dnem e-po\u0161tnem tr\u017eenju. To se ka\u017ee predvsem skozi vse bolj pomembno odkrivanje trgovanja.
