Tako kot pri vsakem drugem poslu morajo podjetniki tudi na Amazonu spremljati pomembne KPI.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-730743-identifier\">Kajti e-trgovinski velikan hitro kaznuje prodajalce na tr\u017enici, ki nimajo nadzora nad svojimi \u0161tevilkami. Najprej pa \u017eelimo pojasniti, kaj so tako imenovani <strong>klju\u010dni kazalniki uspe\u0161nosti<\/strong>, kratko KPI, in \u010demu so lahko koristni. Le tisti, ki meri svoj uspeh ali neuspeh, ve, kje v mehanizmu prihaja do te\u017eav in kaj \u017ee dobro deluje. Takrat je tudi mogo\u010de smiselno in razumljivo optimizirati.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-993622-identifier\">Katere KPI so pomembne za Amazon?<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-400532-identifier\">V nasprotju s trgovci, ki imajo svojo spletno trgovino, se prodajalci na tr\u017enici soo\u010dajo s posebnimi izzivi. Kajti na Amazonu so relevantni KPI-ji pogosto <strong>predpisani s strani spletnega velikana<\/strong>. Pri tem se ogla\u0161evalni stro\u0161ki dolo\u010denega obdobja delijo s skupno dose\u017eenimi prodajami v istem obdobju. Lahko poskusite, a je brez smisla. Kajti kdo ne ve, kje je napaka v sistemu, te\u017eko pravo\u010dasno optimizira svoje poslovanje.
