Pri paketih mnogi trgovci pogosto naletijo na svoje meje. Vendar logisti\u010dni trendi 2023 ponujajo tudi za to zanimivo podro\u010dje spodbude, da se na eni strani spopadejo s poplavo paketov in na drugi strani uspe\u0161no upo\u0161tevajo pomembne teme, kot je trajnost. Kajti socialna trgovina postaja vedno pomembnej\u0161a<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-166667-identifier\">Logisti\u010dni trendi 2023 \u2013 Trajnost, na\u010dini dostave in vra\u010dila v fokusu<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-398656-identifier\">Obstajajo trije osrednji logisti\u010dni trendi 2023 znotraj e-trgovine za prihajajo\u010de leto. Najve\u010dja tema je trajnost. Tudi na\u010din, kako dostave pridejo do strank, bo za spletne trgovce v nenehno rasto\u010dem konkurencnem okolju postalo merilo uspeha. In nenazadnje se panoga ukvarja z ravnote\u017ejem med trajnostjo in vra\u010dili.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-624437-identifier\">1. Trajnost, socialna odgovornost in re-commerce<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-759100-identifier\">Trajnost \u2013 Nachhaltigkeit \u2013 je \u017ee nekaj let trendna tema v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sellerlogic.com\/de\/blog\/e-commerce-deutschland-2022\/\">e-trgovini<\/a>. In to na ve\u010d ravneh. Po eni strani ekolo\u0161ko, po drugi strani ekonomsko in socialno. Poraba virov je tema, ki danes skrbi kupce. Za\u010dnite pri embala\u017enem materialu: tukaj imajo mo\u017enost, da se bolj osredoto\u010dijo na ekolo\u0161ko kartonasto embala\u017eo ali pa uporabijo ponovno uporabne po\u0161iljke. Misel za tem je preprosta: trgovci delujejo v smislu trajnosti, saj kupcem ponujajo mo\u017enost, da skupaj var\u010dujejo z viri.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-853678-identifier\">Re-commerce pa ni le trend pri obla\u010dilih in elektroniki, temve\u010d je tudi znan v segmentu knjig in multimedije. Trgovci, ki ponujajo izdelke teh blagovnih skupin, lahko z re-commerce pridobijo nove ciljne skupine in hkrati prispevajo k varstvu okolja, kot potrjuje tudi Hagen Meischner, vodja partnerstev pri Shopify: \u201ePomembnost trajnosti pri potro\u0161nikih in blagovnih znamkah bo \u0161e naprej nara\u0161\u010dala, pri \u010demer bo second-hand igral vse ve\u010djo vlogo. Poleg tega bo cenovna ob\u010dutljivost potro\u0161nikov \u0161e en vidik, ki bo pospe\u0161il ta trend.\u201c<\/p>\u201ePomembnost trajnosti pri potro\u0161nikih in blagovnih znamkah bo \u0161e naprej nara\u0161\u010dala, pri \u010demer bo second-hand igral vse ve\u010djo vlogo. Dostava v fokusu: Odlo\u010dilni dejavnik za ponovni prihod strank<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-23063-identifier\">\u0160e posebej leta 2022 so bile te\u017eave v dobavnih verigah nenehno v fokusu trgovcev in kupcev. Zaradi pandemije COVID-19 in vojne v Ukrajini so dobavne verige mo\u010dno obremenjene. Prazne police v skladi\u0161\u010dih in fizi\u010dnih prodajnih prostorih pa predstavljajo resen udarec v izku\u0161nji kupcev. Zlasti na\u010din, kako in ali se blago dostavi, pogosto odlo\u010da o tem, ali bodo kupci ponovno nakupovali v trgovini ali ne. Vendar pa je trenutno vpra\u0161ljivo, kako bodo dobavni roki v letu 2023 lahko spo\u0161tovani. Poleg napovednega na\u010drtovanja v logistiki, zlasti pri naro\u010danju blaga, bi morali trgovci paziti na alternativne izdelke in \u0161e posebej na preglednost v komunikaciji s strankami. To ne bo odlo\u010dilno le med te\u017eavami v dobavnih verigah, temve\u010d bo ostalo pomembna tema tudi v prihodnje.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-797094-identifier\">Kot je bilo omenjeno, trajnost v logistiki postaja vse pomembnej\u0161a. Trajnostni embala\u017eni materiali in optimizirane po\u0161iljateljske poti lahko tukaj pomagajo. Vendar se postavlja tudi vpra\u0161anje, s katerimi partnerskimi podjetji \u017eelijo trgovci sodelovati pri po\u0161iljanju. Nekateri ponudniki storitev \u017ee ponujajo optimizacijo poti ali pa so svoj vozni park opremili z alternativnimi pogoni.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-717090-identifier\">3. \u010ce ne ustreza \u2013 Klju\u010dna to\u010dka vra\u010dilo<\/h3>Na koncu se razvoj na podro\u010dju vra\u010dil uvr\u0161\u010da med logisti\u010dne trende v letu 2023. Tudi tukaj igra trajnost osrednjo vlogo. <a class=\"theme-wp-block\" href=\"https:\/\/de.statista.com\/statistik\/daten\/studie\/1082408\/umfrage\/retouren-von-paketen-und-artikeln-in-deutschland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Po podatkih Statista je bilo leta 2020 vrnjenih 315 milijonov paketov<\/a>. S pove\u010danjem \u0161tevila naro\u010dil se pove\u010duje tudi \u0161tevilo vra\u010dil. Glede na trajnost, pa tudi na nara\u0161\u010dajo\u010de stro\u0161ke prevoza, bodo trgovci morali v letu 2023 razmisliti o novih pristopih. \u017de zdaj pri nekaterih podjetjih brezpla\u010dna vra\u010dila niso ve\u010d mogo\u010da, kot ve tudi Micha Augstein: \u201eNajbolj\u0161e so seveda po\u0161iljke, ki sploh ne postanejo vra\u010dila \u2013 v praksi pa je to te\u017eko uresni\u010diti. Vendar pa nekateri trgovci zdaj prehajajo na to, da brezpla\u010dna vra\u010dila postanejo izjema, zlasti v kombinaciji z izbolj\u0161animi informacijami o izdelkih.\u201cV okviru celovitega koncepta trajnosti je ta korak razumljiv \u2013 tudi z vidika kupcev. Le <a class=\"theme-wp-block\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wuv.de\/Info\/W-V-meets-INTERNET-WORLD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">36 odstotkov kupcev smatra pla\u010dljiva vra\u010dila za absolutno tabu<\/a>. Vendar pa bi morali trgovci paziti, da izberejo ustrezne stro\u0161ke vra\u010dil za kupce in postopek ohranijo preprost in pregleden, da ne ustvarijo umetnih ovir za naro\u010dila in s tem konverzije. Aktualna \u0161tudija \u201e<a class=\"theme-wp-block\" href=\"https:\/\/parcellab.com\/de\/research\/e-commerce-retouren-studie-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">E-Commerce Retouren-Studie 2022<\/a>\u201c celo ka\u017ee, da so kupci pri brezpla\u010dni dostavi na poti tja veliko bolj pripravljeni pla\u010dati za vra\u010dila. Pri ravnanju z vra\u010dili je torej pomembno tudi celotno pakiranje, ki ga trgovci ponujajo svojim strankam.\u201eNajbolj\u0161e so seveda po\u0161iljke, ki sploh ne postanejo vra\u010dila \u2013 v praksi pa je to te\u017eko uresni\u010diti. Kljub temu lahko trgovci zmanj\u0161ajo svojo stopnjo vra\u010dil. Zlasti s tem, da optimizirajo informacije o izdelku v spletni trgovini in kupce ozave\u0161\u010dajo o tej temi. Izbolj\u0161ane informacije o izdelku lahko na primer vklju\u010dujejo integracijo novih tehnologij: virtualna resni\u010dnost in obogatena resni\u010dnost sta tukaj klju\u010dni besedi. Poleg tega lahko trgovci transparentno komunicirajo ekolo\u0161ki odtis po\u0161iljke in vra\u010dila ter tako spodbudijo prepre\u010devanje vra\u010dil.
