Na drugi strani pa to upo\u0161teva dejstvo, da mora biti vsak na\u010drt ukrepov individualno napisan s strani prodajalca na Amazonu.\u00a0<strong>Standardne re\u0161itve ni!<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block is-style-default gb-responsive-799678-identifier\">Kljub temu se lahko trgovci orientirajo po metodah\u00a0<strong>upravljanja kakovosti<\/strong>: poro\u010dilu 4-dimenzionalnega (4D) in 8-dimenzionalnega poro\u010dilu (8D). Oba poro\u010dila namre\u010d nudita jasno strukturo.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-802622-identifier\">Poro\u010dilo 4D<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block is-style-default gb-responsive-558842-identifier\">Poro\u010dilo 4-dimenzionalno je primerno kot Amazonov na\u010drt ukrepov za ve\u010dino, predvsem pa za manj\u0161e, manj resne kr\u0161itve, na primer za odpravo blokade posameznega izdelka. Zato ga obravnavamo tukaj podrobneje. Re\u0161itve tukaj \u0161e niso za\u017eelene.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-308974-identifier\">D2: Analiza vzrokov<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block is-style-default gb-responsive-267991-identifier\">V tej dimenziji trgovci \u017ee globlje vstopijo v snov in osvetlijo,\u00a0<strong>zakaj je te\u017eava sploh nastala<\/strong>. Tukaj bi morale biti natan\u010dno pojasnjene\u00a0<strong>ukrepe, ki so bili pravkar obravnavani<\/strong>. Katere spremembe so bile uvedene v katerih procesih in zakaj te spremembe vodijo k re\u0161itvi te\u017eave?
