Ne le mladi, digitalno usmerjeni del ciljne skupine spletne trgovine vedno bolj prepoznava, kako nujne so dru\u017ebene spremembe, da bi tudi prihodnjim generacijam zapustili svet, vreden \u017eivljenja. \u010ceprav ali prav zato, ker trajnost v e-trgovini (\u0161e) ni velika tema, se okoljsko ozave\u0161\u010denim trgovcem v tem segmentu ponuja prilo\u017enost, da trajnost uveljavijo kot svoj <em>edinstveni prodajni argument<\/em> \u2013 in hkrati prihranijo denar.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-578506-identifier\">Kajti sama velikost trga ima potencial: S pri\u010dakovanim prihodkom preko 65 milijard evrov v letu 2019 se spletna trgovina v Nem\u010diji pove\u010duje za skoraj enajst odstotkov v primerjavi s prej\u0161njim letom. Konec ni viden niti v naslednjih letih. Do leta 2023 se pri\u010dakuje, da bo <a href=\"https:\/\/de.statista.com\/outlook\/243\/137\/ecommerce\/deutschland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">pribli\u017eno 20 odstotkov maloprodajnih prihodkov ustvarjenih na spletu<\/a>. \u0160e posebej opazno: Kot je pokazala <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horizont.net\/planung-analyse\/nachrichten\/Relevanz-fuer-die-Kaufentscheidungen-Nachhaltigkeit-Verbraucher-achten-zunehmend-auf-das-Image-von-Marken--164198\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\u0161tudija Facit Research 2017<\/a>, ima za pribli\u017eno dve tretjini anketirancev pri odlo\u010ditvi o nakupu velik pomen, kako trajnosten se zdi izdelek oziroma trgovec, preden kliknejo gumb \u201eNaro\u010di\u201c. Ko je okoljska in podnebna za\u0161\u010dita pri\u0161la v splo\u0161no dru\u017ebeno razpravo, se je dele\u017e tistih, ki imajo malo stika s trajnostjo v e-trgovini, verjetno \u0161e znatno zmanj\u0161al.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-511493-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-7\">\u0160e v povojih: trajnost v spletni trgovini<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-335918-identifier\">Za spletno trgovino se iz tega izhaja velika naloga \u2013 in prav tako veliko potenciala. \u0160ele okoli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bevh.org\/initiative-fuer-nachhaltigkeit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">eno tretjino spletnih trgovcev<\/a> se je ukvarjalo s trajnostjo svojih poslovnih praks. Obse\u017ene in dosledne ukrepe uresni\u010duje le malo. Tisti, ki se zdaj resno ukvarjajo s to temo, lahko ne le prihranijo veliko denarja &#8211; na primer pri odpadni embala\u017ei ali stopnji vra\u010dil -, temve\u010d tudi prevzamejo vodilno vlogo v panogi in svoje prizadevanja u\u010dinkovito tr\u017eijo v komunikaciji s strankami.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-507944-identifier\">Ampak kje in kako za\u010deti? \u0160e posebej manj\u0161i spletni trgovci, ki prodajajo preko tr\u017enic, kot je tista velikana po\u0161iljk Amazon, si pogosto ne morejo privo\u0161\u010diti strokovnega svetovanja ali celo lastnega zaposlenega za trajnost v e-trgovini. Vendar pa se tudi brez velikih virov trgovci s spodnjimi petimi vidiki korak za korakom pribli\u017eujejo svojemu cilju.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-743419-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-8\">Pristopi k pove\u010danju trajnosti v e-trgovini<\/h2><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-59147-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-1\">#1: Sortiment: izdelki, proizvodnja in nakupni spodbudi<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-835047-identifier\">Kraljevska disciplina \u017ee na za\u010detku: Kdor \u017eeli preoblikovati svojo celotno paleto izdelkov, ima sicer veliko dela, a zagotovo dose\u017ee tudi najve\u010dji u\u010dinek. Tukaj igrajo vlogo tako proizvodni procesi kot uporabljeni viri, izhodni materiali ali njihova pridobitev. Certifikacija je pogosto zapletena, hkrati pa se anga\u017ema kasneje odra\u017ea v ceni izdelka.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-773692-identifier\">Ta mamutja naloga pa zagotovo ni vsem spletnim trgovcem po meri. Na sre\u010do tudi manj temeljni ukrepi prina\u0161ajo u\u010dinek: tako lahko opozorilo na okolju \u0161kodljive u\u010dinke ve\u010dkratnih naro\u010dil istega izdelka strankam prepre\u010di, da bi naro\u010dile izdelek v razli\u010dnih razli\u010dicah ali velikostih. Natan\u010den opis in profesionalne fotografije pogosto prav tako dobro slu\u017eijo. Pri obla\u010dilih je na primer smiselno ponuditi natan\u010dno tabelo velikosti, s katero lahko kupci sami ugotovijo svojo velikost obla\u010dil. V nakupovalni ko\u0161arici se je nahajalo pribli\u017eno 1,3 izdelka. Manj kot \u0161e pred nekaj leti, ko so kupci pri vsakem naro\u010dilu naro\u010dili skoraj dva izdelka. Velike po\u0161tne dru\u017ebe, kot so DHL, Hermes ali DPD, \u017ee nekaj \u010dasa ponujajo podnebno nevtralno po\u0161iljanje, pri katerem se nastale emisije toplogrednih plinov izravnavajo z nalo\u017ebami v projekte za za\u0161\u010dito podnebja. Trgovci na Amazonu, ki uporabljajo to storitev, lahko pri svojih strankah tudi ciljno ogla\u0161ujejo.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-819843-identifier\">Ob kupci vrnejo svoje naro\u010dilo, je odvisno tudi od mo\u017enosti po\u0161iljanja. Kdor sam obravnava izpolnjevanje naro\u010dil, naj vseeno poskrbi za hitro po\u0161iljanje, saj je manj\u0161a verjetnost, da bo stranka vrnila po\u0161iljko, \u010de jo prejme brez te\u017eav.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-784628-identifier\">Seveda je uni\u010denje vrnjenih izdelkov najbolj slaba mo\u017enost z vidika trajnosti v e-trgovini \u2013 bolje je, da se ti izdelki preverijo na po\u0161kodbe in vrnejo v sortiment ali pa jih darujejo za dobrodelne namene.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-729793-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-2\">#3: Podjetje: zaposleni in poslovni vsakdan<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-620155-identifier\">\u010ce trajnost v e-trgovini za\u010dne pri sortimentu, se ne bi smela kon\u010dati pri sede\u017eu podjetja. \u0160e posebej ve\u010dja podjetja pogosto podcenjujejo koli\u010dino CO2, ki bi jo lahko prihranila z ustreznimi ukrepi v svojem podjetju. Kateri energetski miks se na primer uporablja? \u010ce gre za elektriko iz premoga, je smiselno razmisliti o prehodu k ponudniku energije iz trajnostnih virov, na primer od <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.naturstrom.de\/geschaeftskunden\/\">Naturstrom<\/a> ali <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/green-planet-energy.de\/geschaeftskunden\">Greenpeace Energy<\/a>. In od kod prihaja brezpla\u010dno sadje \u2013 iz tujine ali iz regije, in ali je sezonsko sploh na voljo? Poleg tega mnoge podjetja svojim zaposlenim brezpla\u010dno nudijo pija\u010de. Kdor \u017eeli trajnost tudi v e-trgovini postaviti na prvo mesto, pazi na steklenice za ve\u010dkratno uporabo ali celo namesti vodni dispenser.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-696211-identifier\">Poleg tega bi morali zaposleni spodbujati, da reflektirajo svoje vsakodnevne odlo\u010ditve. To krepi podobo, zlasti pri \u0161tevilnih mladih kupcih na Amazonu. \u0160e vedno je ta tema v panogi precej podpredstavljena &#8211; tisti, ki se zdaj dobro postavi, lahko tako ustvari <em>edinstveni prodajni argument<\/em>. Vendar pozor: greenwashing \u0161koduje lastni blagovni znamki bolj, kot koristi! Vse ukrepe, ki se komunicirajo strankam, je treba ves \u010das spo\u0161tovati in jih je treba tudi mogo\u010de slediti. Kajti po raziskavi ECC K\u00f6ln je za ve\u010d kot 90 odstotkov potro\u0161nikov iskrenost eden od glavnih kriterijev pri oblikovanju mnenja o spletni trgovini. To velja tudi za trajnost v e-trgovini.<\/p><blockquote class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-quote gb-responsive-282637-identifier desktop-icon-size-2 xl-icon-size-2 lg-icon-size-2 md-icon-size-2 sm-icon-size-2 desktop-bg-style-square xl-bg-style-square lg-bg-style-square md-bg-style-square sm-bg-style-square desktop-gb-has-icon xl-gb-has-icon lg-gb-has-icon md-gb-has-icon sm-gb-has-icon is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-111745-identifier\"><strong>Greenwashing &#8230;<\/strong><br><br>&#8230; je poskus podjetij, da si s kampanjami za marketing in PR pridobijo zeleno podobo, ne da bi dejansko izvajali ustrezne ukrepe. Prominenten primer je na primer zeleni velikan RWE, ki je pridno postavljal vetrne turbine v pokrajino, medtem ko je <a href=\"https:\/\/de.statista.com\/statistik\/daten\/studie\/184795\/umfrage\/anteil-der-energietraeger-an-der-stromerzeugung-von-rwe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">dele\u017e obnovljivih virov energije v koncernu<\/a> zna\u0161al manj kot tri odstotke. Tudi leta 2018 so pridobili le skromnih 5,6 odstotka zelene elektrike, podjetje pa se uvr\u0161\u010da med <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Liste_der_gr%C3%B6%C3%9Ften_Kohlenstoffdioxidemittenten\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">15 najve\u010djih izpu\u0161\u010dateljev CO2 v Evropi<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-500033-identifier\">Dobra mo\u017enost za transparentno komunikacijo lastnih prizadevanj za ve\u010djo trajnost v e-trgovini so certifikati. Tako so se na primer \u0161tevilni trgovci in proizvajalci iz outdoor panoge pridru\u017eili <em>Global Traceable Down Standard<\/em> ali <em>Responsible Down Standard<\/em>. Obe oznaki certificirata izdelke iz perja glede na rejo, krmljenje in podobno. \u017divljenjski odrez ali prisilno hranjenje sta tako izklju\u010dena &#8211; obljube preverjajo neodvisne organizacije, ki redno izvajajo nenapovedane preglede. Popolnoma nesprejemljivi pa so izmi\u0161ljeni certifikati brez vsebine, ki zavajajo stranke. Tudi prazna ali zavajajo\u010da ogla\u0161evalska obljubljanja lahko celotno blagovno znamko pripeljejo v slab glas.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-572598-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-9\">#5: Preverjanje: analiza trga in nadzor uspe\u0161nosti<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-599793-identifier\">Trajnost postaja v e-trgovini vedno pomembnej\u0161a. Vendar to ni sam sebi namen. Le tisti, ki se lahko na trgu osnovno uveljavi, bo s svojo okolju prijazno strategijo dolgoro\u010dno uspe\u0161en in morebiti izpodrinil druge, manj trajnostne ponudnike. Zato bi morali spletni trgovci uporabljati ustrezna orodja za spremljanje trga &#8211; saj v hitro spreminjajo\u010dem se in ogromnem spletnem svetu ne-automatizirana analiza preprosto ni ve\u010d mogo\u010da.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-609841-identifier\">Hkrati pa bi morali spremljati tudi uspehe nove trajnostne pobude. Koliko ve\u010d pla\u010dajo kupci za okolju prijazne izdelke, koliko emisij je bilo prihranjenih, odkar je bil spremenjen energetski miks, in koliko zaposlenih \u017ee uporablja javni prevoz? Kajti s tem trgovci ne le, da izvejo ve\u010d o svojih strankah, temve\u010d tudi motivirajo zaposlene, da vsi delajo za skupen cilj.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-44568-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-10\">Zaklju\u010dek: Ni vedno potreben velik skok!<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-803988-identifier\">Vedno ve\u010d potro\u0161nikov aktivno pazi na svoj ekolo\u0161ki odtis in okolje, na primer tako, da dajejo prednost recikliranim materialom in manj vra\u010dajo. Vendar pa ne more vsak trgovec na Amazonu ali upravljavec spletne trgovine popolnoma preoblikovati svoje ponudbe. Tisti, ki prodajajo elektronske izdelke, imajo obi\u010dajno malo vpliva na globalne strukture pridobivanja surovin za baterije. \u0160e posebej lahko majhna spletna trgovina naleti na omejitve pri vpra\u0161anju trajnosti v e-trgovini.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-516817-identifier\">Kljub temu lahko okoljsko ozave\u0161\u010deni spletni trgovci z manj\u0161imi ukrepi dose\u017eejo veliko: naj gre za prehod na ekolo\u0161ko elektriko, okolju prijazne po\u0161iljkne \u0161katle ali certificiranje sestavin izdelkov \u2013 tudi v manj\u0161em obsegu se da dose\u010di precej. S tem ne le, da se var\u010duje z okoljem, temve\u010d trgovec tudi koristi od prihrankov in izbolj\u0161anja podobe.
