Z maksimalno usmerjenostjo k strankam uspe velikanu spletne trgovine optimalno oblikovati posamezne korake vrednostne verige in tako pritegniti milijarde strank. Za vse to pa Amazon redno posodablja svoj algoritem \u2013 spremembe torej niso nenavadne. Pri tem je za poslovni uspeh izjemno pomembno, da A9 razumemo \u010dim bolj. V osnovi gre za navodila za delovanje, ki definirajo re\u0161itev za razred problemov in so sestavljena iz ve\u010d posameznih korakov. Najdemo jih prakti\u010dno v vsakem ra\u010dunalni\u0161kem programu in v bistvu nudijo navodila po korakih, kako lahko nalogo re\u0161imo.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-641713-identifier\">V primeru Amazonovega algoritma gre verjetno za zelo zapleten algoritem, ki upo\u0161teva mnoge razli\u010dne dejavnike. Kateri vidiki natan\u010dno pridejo do izraza, ve le Amazon sam. Vsi ostali se morajo zadovoljiti z splo\u0161nimi informacijami in lastnimi izku\u0161njami iz prakse. Zato ni povsem enostavno razumeti Amazonovega algoritma.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-371052-identifier\">Postopek Amazonovega algoritma<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-142966-identifier\">Osnovna naloga A9 je ugotoviti, kateri izdelki rangirajo za katero klju\u010dno besedo, in nato odlo\u010diti, v kak\u0161nem vrstnem redu bodo izdelki prikazani kupcu. Cilj je vedno predstaviti izdelke z najvi\u0161jo verjetnostjo nakupa \u010dim vi\u0161je. V nadaljevanju bomo natan\u010dneje preu\u010dili delovanje algoritma.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-926009-identifier\">Kako Amazonov algoritem dolo\u010da vsebinsko ustrezne izdelke?<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-44176-identifier\">Da bi kar najbolje zadovoljili nakupno namero uporabnika, A9 predvsem analizira vedenje uporabnikov in stran izdelka. Osnova je vedno klju\u010dno besedo. Po tej ne i\u0161\u010de le uporabnik preko iskalne maske, temve\u010d tudi algoritem pri izdelku, da najde skupni presek vseh izdelkov, ki so vsebinsko ustrezni. Vendar pa je lahko teh rezultatov zelo veliko. Iskalnik, ki vseh teh rezultatov ne razvrsti, bi bil za iskalca brez smisla.
