Koje cene funkcioni\u0161u i koliko efekta imaju reklamne kampanje?<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-532194-identifier\">Sa KPI-ima na Amazonu, prodavci mogu da provere performansu svojih proizvoda i prepoznaju i nadoknade nedostatke u pore\u0111enju sa konkurencijom. Za razli\u010dite formate ogla\u0161avanja, industrije i na\u010dine isporuke mogu se prona\u0107i sopstveni KPI-ji. Pored toga, postoje posebni KPI-ji za prodavce i dobavlja\u010de. Ali da li su zaista svi od njih relevantni? <\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-923258-identifier\">Ne. Pojedina\u010dni KPI-ji na Amazonu imaju svoju opravdanost za svoj specifi\u010dni delokrug delovanja. Me\u0111utim, dovoljno je poznavati Amazon KPI-je koji daju informacije o sopstvenim aktivnostima na Amazonu. \u010cesto kori\u0161\u0107ene KPI-je smo stoga podelili u tri tematske oblasti i postepeno ih predstavljamo. Ova klasifikacija ne uzima u obzir da li se KPI-ji vi\u0161e primenjuju na prodavce ili dobavlja\u010de, ve\u0107 razvrstava KPI-je prema njihovoj tematskoj primeni.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-756932-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>KPI-ji za merenje op\u0161te performanse<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-887449-identifier\">Prvo razmatramo Amazon KPI-je za op\u0161tu performansu. Ovi se odnose na prodajnu performansu, koja se mo\u017ee posmatrati nezavisno od primenjenog ogla\u0161avanja sopstvenih proizvoda na Amazonu.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-132972-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Merenje uspeha i neuspeha proizvoda<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-216686-identifier\">Za merenje uspeha proizvoda na Amazonu, neophodno je uzeti u obzir KPI-je za broj <strong>impression-a<\/strong> kao i <strong>broj pregleda stranica<\/strong>. Oba pokazatelja performansi mogu dati uvid u to koliko je odabrani set klju\u010dnih re\u010di uskla\u0111en sa postavljenim pretra\u017eiva\u010dkim upitima i koliko je visoka vidljivost pozicija u rangiranju na stranici sa rezultatima pretrage. Dok visoka vrednost LBB mo\u017ee ukazivati na problemati\u010dnu politiku cena koja se ne prilago\u0111ava konkurenciji i time nastalim fluktuacijama cena, visok udeo dobitaka Buybox-a mo\u017ee sugerisati velike \u0161anse za prodaju.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-682500-identifier\">KPI <strong>RepOOS<\/strong> pokazuje preglede stranica jedne ASIN u odabranom vremenskom periodu, koji u trenutku pregleda nisu bili dostupni, ali su u automatizovanom prora\u010dunu za proces naru\u010divanja za dobavlja\u010de ozna\u010deni kao dostupni za ponovnu narud\u017ebinu. Uvidi u razvoj novih kupaca mogu stoga doneti relevantne spoznaje o sastavu kupaca za prodavce.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-565919-identifier\">Visoke vrednosti pokazatelja performansi <strong>\u201eNovi kupci\u201c narud\u017ebine<\/strong> ili <strong>\u201eNovi kupci\u201c prihodi<\/strong> kao i njihovi odgovaraju\u0107i procentualni udelima u ukupnom broju kupaca pokazuju koliko je narud\u017ebina izvr\u0161eno od strane novih kupaca i koliki je generisani prihod.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-964822-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Advertising KPI-ji na Amazonu<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-430494-identifier\">Kada se pogleda <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sellerlogic.com\/sr\/blog\/reklamirajte-se-na-amazonu-2025-sve-sto-treba-da-znate\/\">Amazon Advertising<\/a>, brzo postaje jasno da se radi o razli\u010ditim me\u0111usobno povezanim procesima koji se treba razli\u010dito posmatrati. Za to slu\u017ee Amazon KPI-ji za <strong>klikove<\/strong>, <strong>impression-e<\/strong>, <strong>stopu klikanja (CTR)<\/strong>, <strong>stopu pregleda (VTR)<\/strong> i <strong>deo impression-a<\/strong>.<\/p><div class=\"theme-block-list\"><ul class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-3383-identifier wp-block-list\"><li class=\"theme-wp-block\"><strong>Impression-e<\/strong> pokazuju vidljivost reklame i prikazuju koliko je osoba videlo reklamu. <strong>Klikovi<\/strong> idu korak dalje u putovanju kupca i predstavljaju preglede reklame. Kombinovano, to daje <strong>stopu klikanja<\/strong>, koja predstavlja procenat korisnika koji vide reklamu i kao rezultat toga kliknu na nju. <strong>VTR<\/strong> odnosi ove pokazatelje performansi na video formate i pokazuje koliko je pregleda videa ostvareno nakon jednog impression-a.<\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\">Dodatni uvid u uspeh ogla\u0161avanja daje Amazon KPI <strong>deo impression-a<\/strong>, koji prikazuje procentualni udeo impression-a za najvi\u0161e rezultate pretrage koje je vlastita kampanja dobila od ukupnih impression-a za najvi\u0161e rezultate pretrage.<\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\"><strong>Stopa konverzije (CR)<\/strong> obuhvata celo putovanje kupca i pokazuje koliko osoba koje su kliknule na reklamu zapravo su kupile proizvod. Po\u0161to se za ve\u0107inu reklama pla\u0107a po kliku, ovaj pokazatelj performansi je klju\u010dan za to koliko uspe\u0161no reklama na kraju funkcioni\u0161e. Stopa konverzije mo\u017ee se optimizovati izborom odgovaraju\u0107ih klju\u010dnih re\u010di za kampanju i optimizacijom stranice proizvoda. Tako\u0111e, konkurentnost va\u0161ih proizvoda i cena uti\u010du na stopu konverzije i treba ih uzeti u obzir prilikom optimizacije. Iako bi se generalno trebalo te\u017eiti izbalansiranom odnosu, vrednost treba proceniti u odnosu na individualno postavljeni strate\u0161ki cilj.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-547627-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pokazatelji performansi za rentabilnost na Amazonu<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-861067-identifier\">Da bi se merila rentabilnost, upore\u0111uju se ulo\u017eena sredstva sa uspehom reklame. Za to se isplati izra\u010dunati KPI-je <strong>ROI (Povrat na investiciju)<\/strong> i <strong>ROAS (Povrat na tro\u0161kove ogla\u0161avanja)<\/strong>. Amazon tako\u0111e nudi pokazatelje performansi <strong>ACoS (Tro\u0161ak ogla\u0161avanja po prodaji)<\/strong> i <strong>TACoS (Ukupni tro\u0161ak ogla\u0161avanja po prodaji)<\/strong>.<\/p><div class=\"theme-block-list\"><ul class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-229214-identifier wp-block-list\"><li class=\"theme-wp-block\"><strong>ROI<\/strong> pokazuje efikasnost reklamnih kampanja u pogledu rentabilnosti i \u010distih dobitaka. Pokazatelj se izra\u010dunava tako \u0161to se dobit deli sa ulo\u017eenim kapitalom. Ako je ROI ve\u0107i od 1,0, \u010dista dobit je ve\u0107a od ulo\u017eenog kapitala. Kod ROI-a ispod 1,0, projekat se mo\u017ee smatrati nerentabilnim. Me\u0111utim, ove pretpostavke treba uzeti sa rezervom, jer se cross\/up-selling i drugi pozitivni sporedni efekti ne uzimaju u obzir.<\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\">Nasuprot tome, <strong>ROAS<\/strong> upore\u0111uje ukupne tro\u0161kove ogla\u0161avanja sa ostvarenom reklamnom prodajom. Na taj na\u010din ocenjuje ukupnu efikasnost odre\u0111ene sponzorisane kampanje, grupe oglasa ili proizvoda.<\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\">Na osnovu pokazatelja performansi <strong>ACoS<\/strong> koji je kreirao Amazon, ogla\u0161iva\u010di mogu saznati koliko su profitabilne reklamne kampanje u odnosu na tro\u0161kove ogla\u0161avanja. \u0160to je ni\u017ei prose\u010dan tro\u0161ak prodaje, to je kampanja rentabilnija. ACoS stoga spada me\u0111u najva\u017enije ciljne indikatore za merenje uspeha ogla\u0161avanja.<\/li><li class=\"theme-wp-block\"><strong>TACoS<\/strong> se izra\u010dunava na isti na\u010din, ali ne uzima u obzir samo tro\u0161kove ogla\u0161avanja, ve\u0107 ukupne tro\u0161kove u pore\u0111enju sa ostvarenom ukupnom prodajom, te je stoga dobro prilago\u0111en za ocenu ukupne profitabilnosti.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-705213-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Amazon KPI-ji za Sponsored Brands videe<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-309500-identifier\">Sponsored Brand videi su specifi\u010dna verzija Amazon ogla\u0161avanja, za koju postoje sopstveni KPI-ji za merenje uspeha ogla\u0161avanja i nastalih tro\u0161kova.<\/p><h4 class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-722533-identifier wp-block-heading\"><strong>Merenje tro\u0161kova ogla\u0161avanja za Sponsored Brands videe<\/strong><\/h4><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-172456-identifier\">Tako\u0111e va\u017ei i ovde model obra\u010duna tro\u0161kova po kliku, koji se za videe, me\u0111utim, prikazuje putem Amazon pokazatelja <strong>CPV (Cost-per-View)<\/strong>, koji pokazuje tro\u0161kove za jedan pregled videa.
