Bilo da se radi o prilago\u0111avanju skladi\u0161tenja zbog problema sa isporukom, upravljanju ve\u0161ta\u010dkom inteligencijom ili prelasku sa omni- na multikanal \u2013 e-trgovinska scena je oblikovana brojnim razvojem koji uti\u010de na online trgovce i postavlja nove impulse. Sa predstoje\u0107om promenom godine, vreme je da se osvrnemo na nadolaze\u0107e trendove. Koje promene bi online trgovci trebali da prate? Prvo se bavimo najva\u017enijim promenama u osnovnim e-trgovinskim strategijama.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-985296-identifier\">E-trgovina: Trenutno stanje<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-2373-identifier\">Statistike govore jasnim jezikom o razvoju u e-trgovini: Samo <a href=\"https:\/\/einzelhandel.de\/presse\/zahlenfaktengrafiken\/861-online-handel\/1889-e-commerce-umsaetze\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">izme\u0111u 2013. i 2018. godine, Trgovinska asocijacija Nema\u010dka pokazuje rast od oko 66 procenata<\/a> u B2C e-trgovini. I <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ifhkoeln.de\/2025-koennte-jeder-fuenfte-handelseuro-online-realisiert-werden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">2021. godine, online trgovina je ve\u0107 pre\u0161la granicu od 100 milijardi evra<\/a> u Nema\u010dkoj, kako pokazuju podaci IFH K\u00d6LN. Do 2025. godine, IFH K\u00d6LN predvi\u0111a da \u0107e svaka peta evro u trgovini biti zara\u0111en online. Institut prognozira prihod od 139 milijardi evra u Nema\u010dkoj 2025. godine. Globalne prognoze za e-trgovinu su \u010dak jo\u0161 impresivnije: Istra\u017eivanje Statista procenjuje potencijalni prihod 2025. godine na 2,9 triliona evra \u2013 \u0161to je pove\u0107anje od oko 80 procenata u odnosu na 2021. godinu.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-459075-identifier\">Rast prihoda je, me\u0111utim, samo jedna dimenzija razvoja u e-trgovini. Tako\u0111e, pitanje o najva\u017enijim platformama u online trgovini je klju\u010dno za uspeh. Ovde se brzo pokazuje zna\u010daj Amazona. U <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ehi.org\/news\/top-100-onlineshops-in-deutschland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">rangiranju 100 najve\u0107ih online prodavnica u Nema\u010dkoj<\/a>, Amazon se prema podacima EHI Retail Institute nalazi na prvom mestu me\u0111u najva\u017enijim platformama za kupovinu. Kao generalista, Amazon.de je 2021. godine ostvario neto prihod od 15,86 milijardi evra. Tako\u0111e, kada se pogleda na najpopularnije grupe proizvoda u e-trgovini, jasno se vide trendovi u preferencama kupovine. <a href=\"https:\/\/de.statista.com\/statistik\/daten\/studie\/253188\/umfrage\/umsatzstarke-warengruppen-im-online-handel-in-deutschland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Najprodavanije grupe proizvoda<\/a> pripadaju segmentu ode\u0107e (19,3 milijardi evra prihoda 2021. godine) kao i elektronici i telekomunikacijama (16,44 milijardi evra prihoda 2021. godine). Samo segment ode\u0107e \u010dini skoro \u010detvrtinu ukupnog prihoda u B2C e-trgovini.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-476875-identifier\">Trenutno stanje pru\u017ea online trgovcima samo delimi\u010dnu sliku o razvoju. Ne bi trebali gledati samo na prognoze prihoda, centralne platforme za kupovinu i popularne grupe proizvoda. Pre svega zbog stalno rastu\u0107e koli\u010dine narud\u017ebina i s njima povezanih bezbroj paketa i odredi\u0161ta. Paketi \u010desto dovedu mnoge trgovce do njihovih granica. Ovi logisti\u010dki trendovi \u0107e biti va\u017eni 2023. godine.<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-357006-identifier\">E-trgovinske strategije \u2013 budu\u0107nost se fokusira na korisni\u010dko iskustvo<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-312903-identifier\">Sakupili smo tri e-trgovinske strategije za narednu godinu koje doprinose korisni\u010dkom iskustvu. Tako \u0107e za online trgovce omnichannel i D2C igrati zna\u010dajnu ulogu u narednoj godini. Pravi miks pla\u0107anja postaje sve va\u017eniji kriterijum za uspeh, a ne manje va\u017eno, budu\u0107nost e-trgovine bi\u0107e oblikovana mobilnim ure\u0111ajima.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-819174-identifier\">1. Trend ka multikanalnom i omnichannel pristupu se pove\u0107ava, D2C se pokre\u0107e<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-913647-identifier\">Kupci danas retko isklju\u010divo koriste online prodavnicu trgovaca kada tra\u017ee proizvod. Umesto toga, informi\u0161u se o ponudama na razli\u010ditim platformama za kupovinu \u2013 pre svega na online tr\u017ei\u0161tima kao \u0161to su Amazon, ali i OTTO ili Kaufland. U omnichannel trgovini je druga\u010dije. Ovde svi kanali me\u0111usobno interaguju. Pored toga, trgovci \u010desto integri\u0161u pored online trgovine i fizi\u010dku trgovinu, ukoliko imaju prodavnice.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-66746-identifier\">Sve to nije nova informacija za mnoge trgovce. Ipak, trend ka multikanalnoj i jo\u0161 vi\u0161e ka omnichannel trgovini spada me\u0111u najva\u017enije e-trgovinske trendove poslednjih godina. Za\u0161to? Zato \u0161to zahtevi kupaca rastu. Oni o\u010dekuju povezane prodajne kanale. Pored toga, o\u010dekuju brojne potencijalne prodajne lokacije u online i fizi\u010dkoj trgovini. Usluga kroz fleksibilno pla\u0107anje<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-298477-identifier\">Na\u010din na koji kupci mogu da plate u online prodavnici ima zna\u010dajan uticaj na stopu konverzije. To su potvrdile razli\u010dite studije, poput ECC-Payment studije Vol. 25. U ECC-Payment studiji Vol. 25, oko tre\u0107ine potro\u0161a\u010da je izjavilo da bi odustali od kupovine u online prodavnici ako se ne nude tri najpopularnije metode pla\u0107anja \u2013 kupovina na ra\u010dun, PayPal i direktno zadu\u017eenje.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-932313-identifier\">Va\u017eno je napomenuti: Omiljene metode pla\u0107anja su u velikoj meri zavisne od ciljne grupe. Ako trgovci \u017eele da optimizuju ponudu za svoju online prodavnicu, trebali bi pored op\u0161tih najpopularnijih metoda integrisati i opcije pla\u0107anja koje su popularne me\u0111u njihovom ciljnom grupom. Ovaj trend ka \u0161irokoj ponudi pla\u0107anja nije nov, ali i dalje ostaje jedan od najrelevantnijih.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-47091-identifier\"><strong>3. Mobilni pristup na prvom mestu \u2013 Desktop je na drugom mestu<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-574991-identifier\">E-trgovinski trend mobilne kupovine je neprekidan i nastavi\u0107e da dobija na zna\u010daju. Ve\u0107 <a href=\"https:\/\/de.statista.com\/statistik\/daten\/studie\/1090220\/umfrage\/online-einkauf-nach-endgeraeten-in-deutschland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">2021. godine, 57 procenata online kupovina obavljeno je putem pametnog telefona<\/a>; dodatnih 29 procenata putem tableta. 2022. godine, ovaj udeo je verovatno dodatno porastao. Najve\u0107a ciljana grupa za mobilnu trgovinu je generacija Z. Oni su odrasli sa pametnim telefonom i najradije obavljaju svoje kupovine upravo tim ure\u0111ajem. U starosnoj grupi izme\u0111u 16 i 29 godina, kojoj deo generacije Z ve\u0107 pripada, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.locandis.de\/bitkom-studie-das-smartphone-ist-das-beliebteste-shopping-device-in-deutschland\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">kori\u0161\u0107enje pametnog telefona za online kupovinu iznosi 80 procenata<\/a>. Pored toga, generacija Y tako\u0111e \u010dini va\u017enu ciljnu grupu u mobilnoj trgovini. Kod osoba starosti od 30 do 49 godina, kojima pripada i generacija Y, kori\u0161\u0107enje pametnog telefona iznosi 77 procenata, \u0161to je sli\u010dno kao kod generacije Z.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-602685-identifier\">\u0160ta to sada zna\u010di za trgovce? Prvo i osnovno: optimizovati online prodavnicu za mobilne ure\u0111aje, ukoliko to ve\u0107 nije u\u010dinjeno. Tendencija ka mobilnoj trgovini se pove\u0107ava \u2013 i to ne samo zbog generacija, ve\u0107 i generalno. Kompanije u e-trgovini koje ne \u017eele da gube konverzije zbog nedostatka korisni\u010dkog iskustva u mobilnoj trgovini, trebale bi da procene nove usluge i potrebe svojih ciljnih grupa prilikom mobilne online kupovine i kontinuirano prilago\u0111avaju svoju prodavnicu u tom smislu.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-92526-identifier\">4. Socijalna trgovina<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-619712-identifier\">Svake godine tema socijalne trgovine dobija na zna\u010daju. Pre svega, TikTok i Instagram su popularne platforme za online trgovce kako bi privukli potencijalne kupce. Prednost le\u017ei u tome \u0161to za doseg na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama nije nu\u017eno potrebno veliko bud\u017eet. Ranije je bila opravdana kritika da dobar kanal na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161ava imid\u017e brenda, ali ne generi\u0161e direktan prihod, jer su dru\u0161tvene mre\u017ee za mnoge ljude delovale previ\u0161e neozbiljno da bi zaista otkrili svoje bankovne podatke.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-338900-identifier\">Ako se pogleda na e-trgovinske trendove danas, vidi se da ovaj argument vi\u0161e ne va\u017ei. Naime, sada kupuje polovina svih korisnika dru\u0161tvenih mre\u017ea (47 %) na tim platformama, a 42 % je spremno da tamo otkrije svoje podatke o kreditnoj kartici, ili barem da koristi te podatke na tim platformama.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-385299-identifier\">5. Pro\u0161irena stvarnost (AR)<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-414326-identifier\">Pro\u0161irena stvarnost \u2013 dakle, umetanje virtuelnih proizvoda u stvarni svet putem kamere pametnog telefona ili ra\u010dunara \u2013 pru\u017ea online trgovcima raznovrsne mogu\u0107nosti da svoje proizvode u\u010dine \u201eopipljivijim\u201c za potencijalne kupce.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-14328-identifier\">Ve\u0107 postoje neki pioniri u ovoj oblasti koji su uspe\u0161no primenili koncept. Jedan od istaknutih primera je IKEA, \u010dija aplikacija omogu\u0107ava kupcima da ve\u0107 godinama koriste AR kako bi, na primer, pogledali novi kau\u010d u svom dnevnom boravku.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-733693-identifier\">Jo\u0161 jedan primer je Watchbox. Trgovac satovima koristi AR kako bi kupcima omogu\u0107io da virtuelno isprobaju razli\u010dite veli\u010dine satova. Na taj na\u010din mogu odabrati savr\u0161en sat i osigurati da dobro izgleda na njihovom zape\u0161\u0107u.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-222937-identifier\">U oblasti online trgovine, AR je posebno popularan u modnoj industriji, jer kupci mogu virtuelno isprobati ode\u0107u i tako proveriti kroj i izgled komada pre kupovine. Modni trgovac Asos, na primer, koristi simulirane modele na svojoj veb stranici koje korisnici mogu obla\u010diti pomo\u0107u AR. Tako kupci mogu proveriti kako ode\u0107a izgleda na razli\u010ditim tipovima tela.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-688596-identifier\">6. Videozapisi<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-743508-identifier\">Kada se detaljnije razmotre e-trgovinski trendovi poslednjih godina, postaje o\u010digledno da je kori\u0161\u0107enje videozapisa proizvoda od strane trgovaca zna\u010dajno poraslo. Bilo da se radi o vlastitoj online prodavnici, na platformama kao \u0161to je Amazon ili kao video oglasi na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama \u2013 prezentacija proizvoda u pokretnim slikama postala je klju\u010dni faktor prodaje. To je uglavnom zbog toga \u0161to se proizvodi \u010de\u0161\u0107e prodaju kada kupci imaju mogu\u0107nost da ih vide u akciji. Kupci kroz ove videozapise sti\u010du bolje razumevanje na\u010dina rada i prednosti proizvoda, \u0161to na kraju dovodi do pove\u0107ane spremnosti za kupovinu. U dana\u0161njem digitalnom okru\u017eenju, integracija visokokvalitetnih videozapisa proizvoda postala je neophodna strategija za trgovce kako bi se istakli u konkurenciji i pobolj\u0161ali korisni\u010dko iskustvo.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-661756-identifier\"><strong>Zaklju\u010dak: E-trgovinske strategije moraju obezbediti fleksibilnost<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-643390-identifier\">Kada se pogleda na trenutne e-trgovinske trendove u oblasti strategija, u narednoj godini je vi\u0161e nego ikada potrebna fleksibilnost.
