Demnach k\u00f6nnen Kunden, die besch\u00e4digte oder nicht funktionierende Ware erhalten, auf sofortigen Ersatz pochen \u2013 noch bevor sie den urspr\u00fcnglichen Artikel zur\u00fcckgeschickt haben.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-221150-identifier\">Unter Amazon-H\u00e4ndlern hat die \u00fcberarbeitete Richtlinie f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckgabe und Erstattung von Marketplace-Bestellungen verst\u00e4ndlicherweise Bedenken ausgel\u00f6st. Schon zuvor kam es immer wieder dazu, dass Kunden schlicht nicht daran dachten, die retournierte Ware auch tats\u00e4chlich zur\u00fcckzuschicken.
