Inte bara den unga, digitalt kunniga delen av m\u00e5lgruppen f\u00f6r onlinehandel inser allt tydligare hur br\u00e5dskande samh\u00e4lleliga f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga f\u00f6r att l\u00e4mna en beboelig v\u00e4rld till kommande generationer. \u00c4ven om eller just f\u00f6r att h\u00e5llbarhet inom e-handel (\u00e4nnu) inte \u00e4r ett stort \u00e4mne, erbjuder det milj\u00f6medvetna handlarna i detta segment chansen att etablera h\u00e5llbarhet som sin <em>unique selling point<\/em> \u2013 och samtidigt spara pengar.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-578506-identifier\">F\u00f6r endast storleken p\u00e5 marknaden har potential: Med en f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntad oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 65 miljarder euro \u00e5r 2019 v\u00e4xer onlinehandeln i Tyskland med n\u00e4stan elva procent j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med f\u00f6reg\u00e5ende \u00e5r. Ett slut \u00e4r inte heller i sikte de kommande \u00e5ren. Fram till 2023 f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas <a href=\"https:\/\/de.statista.com\/outlook\/243\/137\/ecommerce\/deutschland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">ungef\u00e4r 20 procent av detaljhandelsf\u00f6rs\u00e4ljningen ske online<\/a>. S\u00e4rskilt anm\u00e4rkningsv\u00e4rt: Som en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.horizont.net\/planung-analyse\/nachrichten\/Relevanz-fuer-die-Kaufentscheidungen-Nachhaltigkeit-Verbraucher-achten-zunehmend-auf-das-Image-von-Marken--164198\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">studie fr\u00e5n Facit Research 2017<\/a> visade, spelar det en stor roll f\u00f6r cirka tv\u00e5 tredjedelar av de tillfr\u00e5gade hur h\u00e5llbart produkten eller handlaren verkar innan de klickar p\u00e5 &#8220;Best\u00e4ll&#8221;-knappen. Eftersom milj\u00f6- och klimatskydd har kommit in i den allm\u00e4nna samh\u00e4llsdebatten, b\u00f6r andelen av dem som har lite att g\u00f6ra med h\u00e5llbarhet inom e-handel ha minskat avsev\u00e4rt.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-511493-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-7\">\u00c4nnu i sin linda: H\u00e5llbarhet inom onlinehandel<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-335918-identifier\">F\u00f6r onlinehandeln inneb\u00e4r detta en stor uppgift \u2013 och en lika stor potential. Endast runt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bevh.org\/initiative-fuer-nachhaltigkeit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">en tredjedel av onlinehandlarna<\/a> har sysslat med h\u00e5llbarheten i sina aff\u00e4rsmetoder. Mycket f\u00e5 genomf\u00f6r omfattande och konsekventa \u00e5tg\u00e4rder. Den som nu seri\u00f6st tar sig an \u00e4mnet kan inte bara spara mycket pengar \u2013 till exempel p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningsavfall eller returgrad \u2013 utan ocks\u00e5 inta en f\u00f6reg\u00e5ngarroll inom branschen och effektivt marknadsf\u00f6ra sina insatser i kundkommunikationen.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-507944-identifier\">Men var och hur ska man b\u00f6rja? S\u00e4rskilt mindre onlinehandlare som s\u00e4ljer via marknadsplatser som den stora leverant\u00f6ren Amazon har ofta inte r\u00e5d med professionell r\u00e5dgivning eller ens en egen medarbetare f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbarhet inom e-handel. Men \u00e4ven utan stora resurser kan handlare steg f\u00f6r steg n\u00e4rma sig sitt m\u00e5l med f\u00f6ljande fem aspekter.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-743419-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-8\">Tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka h\u00e5llbarheten inom e-handel<\/h2><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-59147-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-1\">#1: Sortimentet: Produkter, tillverkning och k\u00f6puppmuntran<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-835047-identifier\">Den kungliga disciplinen direkt i b\u00f6rjan: Den som vill omvandla hela sin produktportf\u00f6lj har visserligen mycket att g\u00f6ra, men uppn\u00e5r s\u00e4kerligen ocks\u00e5 den st\u00f6rsta effekten. H\u00e4r spelar tillverkningsprocesser lika stor roll som de resurser som anv\u00e4nds, r\u00e5materialen eller deras utvinning. Certifieringen \u00e4r ofta komplicerad, samtidigt \u00e5terspeglas engagemanget senare i produktpriset.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-773692-identifier\">Denna mammutuppgift \u00e4r dock s\u00e4kerligen inte alla onlinehandlare mogna f\u00f6r. Lyckligtvis visar \u00e4ven mindre djupg\u00e5ende \u00e5tg\u00e4rder effekt: En notis om de milj\u00f6skadliga effekterna av att best\u00e4lla flera exemplar av samma artikel kan avskr\u00e4cka kunder fr\u00e5n att best\u00e4lla produkten i olika varianter eller storlekar. En noggrann beskrivning och professionella bilder g\u00f6r ofta lika bra nytta. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller kl\u00e4der \u00e4r det till exempel bra att tillhandah\u00e5lla en exakt storlekstabell, utifr\u00e5n vilken k\u00f6pare sj\u00e4lva kan fastst\u00e4lla sin kl\u00e4dstorlek. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt kan on\u00f6diga returer f\u00f6rhindras och h\u00e5llbarheten inom e-handel \u00f6kas.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-128415-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-12\">#2: Frakten: F\u00f6rpackning, leverans och returer<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-804378-identifier\">2017 best\u00e4llde Amazon-kunder i genomsnitt runt 41 g\u00e5nger per \u00e5r fr\u00e5n fraktj\u00e4tten. I varukorgen fanns cirka 1,3 produkter. Mindre \u00e4n f\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan, n\u00e4r kunder per best\u00e4llning n\u00e4stan hade best\u00e4llt tv\u00e5 produkter. Mindre varukorg, fler best\u00e4llningar \u2013 f\u00f6r handlare inneb\u00e4r det en h\u00f6gre f\u00f6rbrukning av f\u00f6rpackningsmaterial och fraktkartonger samt \u00f6kande kostnader.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-886389-identifier\">Viktigare \u00e4n\u00a0<a href=\"\/sv\/blog\/was-hat-ihr-fulfillment-mit-einer-obstkiste-zu-tun\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">den \u00e5tervinningsbara, h\u00e5llbara f\u00f6rpackningen<\/a>\u00a0\u00e4r dock leverans och returer inom e-handeln. De stora fraktf\u00f6retagen som DHL, Hermes eller DPD erbjuder sedan en tid tillbaka klimatneutral frakt, d\u00e4r de uppkomna v\u00e4xthusgasutsl\u00e4ppen kompenseras genom investeringar i klimatprojekt. Amazon-handlare som anv\u00e4nder denna tj\u00e4nst kan ocks\u00e5 specifikt marknadsf\u00f6ra detta till sina kunder.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-819843-identifier\">Om kunder returnerar sin best\u00e4llning beror ocks\u00e5 p\u00e5 fraktalternativen. Den som hanterar sin egen uppfyllelse b\u00f6r \u00e4nd\u00e5 se till att frakten \u00e4r snabb, eftersom ju smidigare kunden f\u00e5r sin best\u00e4llning, desto mindre sannolikhet \u00e4r det att han returnerar s\u00e4ndningen.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-784628-identifier\">Sj\u00e4lvklart \u00e4r f\u00f6rst\u00f6relsen av returnerade varor den t\u00e4nkbara s\u00e4msta optionen ur h\u00e5llbarhetssynpunkt inom e-handel \u2013 snarare \u00e4r det l\u00e4mpligt att kontrollera dessa produkter f\u00f6r skador och \u00e5terf\u00f6ra dem till sortimentet eller donera dem till ett v\u00e4lg\u00f6rande \u00e4ndam\u00e5l.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-729793-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-2\">#3: F\u00f6retaget: Anst\u00e4llda och aff\u00e4rshverdag<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-620155-identifier\">N\u00e4r h\u00e5llbarhet inom e-handel b\u00f6rjar med sortimentet, b\u00f6r den inte sluta vid f\u00f6retagskontoret. S\u00e4rskilt st\u00f6rre f\u00f6retag underskattar ofta m\u00e4ngden CO2 som de skulle kunna spara genom l\u00e4mpliga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder i sina lokaler. Vilken energimix anv\u00e4nds till exempel? Om det handlar om kolkraft, kan ett byte till en leverant\u00f6r av energi fr\u00e5n h\u00e5llbara k\u00e4llor \u00f6verv\u00e4gas, till exempel fr\u00e5n\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.naturstrom.de\/geschaeftskunden\/\">Naturstrom<\/a>\u00a0eller\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/green-planet-energy.de\/geschaeftskunden\">Greenpeace Energy<\/a>. Och varifr\u00e5n kommer den gratis frukten \u2013 fr\u00e5n utlandet eller regionen, och \u00e4r den ens s\u00e4songsbetonad? Dessutom erbjuder m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag sina anst\u00e4llda gratis drycker. Den som vill s\u00e4tta stort fokus p\u00e5 h\u00e5llbarhet \u00e4ven inom e-handel, ser till att anv\u00e4nda \u00e5teranv\u00e4ndbara flaskor eller installerar till och med en vattendispenser.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-696211-identifier\">Dessutom b\u00f6r anst\u00e4llda uppmuntras att reflektera \u00f6ver sina dagliga beslut. M\u00e5ste det vara inrikesflyg eller \u00e4r en t\u00e5gresa till aff\u00e4rsm\u00f6tet kanske till och med mer avkopplande? Kan ett jobbkort bidra till att \u00f6ka anv\u00e4ndningen av kollektivtrafik j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med bilen? Sl\u00e4nger alla sitt avfall i n\u00e5gon soptunna eller uppm\u00e4rksammas avfallssortering?<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-755290-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-7\">#4: Marknadsf\u00f6ring: Bild, kundkommunikation och transparens<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-909791-identifier\">Den som bedriver h\u00e5llbar verksamhet kan aktivt anv\u00e4nda detta i marknadsf\u00f6ringen till sin f\u00f6rdel. Det fr\u00e4mjar bilden, s\u00e4rskilt bland de m\u00e5nga unga kunderna p\u00e5 Amazon. \u00c4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge \u00e4r \u00e4mnet i branschen ganska underrepresenterat &#8211; den som nu positionerar sig v\u00e4l kan d\u00e4rigenom skapa en\u00a0<em>unique selling point<\/em>. Men akta dig: Greenwashing skadar det egna varum\u00e4rket mer \u00e4n det gagnar! Alla \u00e5tg\u00e4rder som kommuniceras till kunden m\u00e5ste alltid efterlevas och dessutom vara sp\u00e5rbara. F\u00f6r \u00e4rlighet \u00e4r enligt en\u00a0studie fr\u00e5n ECC K\u00f6ln\u00a0ett av de viktigaste kriterierna f\u00f6r \u00f6ver 90 procent av konsumenterna n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att bilda sig en uppfattning om en n\u00e4tbutik. Detta g\u00e4ller ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r h\u00e5llbarhet inom e-handelsomr\u00e5det.<\/p><blockquote class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-quote gb-responsive-282637-identifier desktop-icon-size-2 xl-icon-size-2 lg-icon-size-2 md-icon-size-2 sm-icon-size-2 desktop-bg-style-square xl-bg-style-square lg-bg-style-square md-bg-style-square sm-bg-style-square desktop-gb-has-icon xl-gb-has-icon lg-gb-has-icon md-gb-has-icon sm-gb-has-icon is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-111745-identifier\"><strong>Greenwashing\u00a0&#8230;<\/strong><br><br>&#8230; \u00e4r f\u00f6retags f\u00f6rs\u00f6k att ge sig sj\u00e4lva en gr\u00f6n image genom marknadsf\u00f6rings- och PR-kampanjer, utan att faktiskt genomf\u00f6ra motsvarande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder. Ett framtr\u00e4dande exempel \u00e4r den gr\u00f6na RWE-j\u00e4tten, som flitigt satte upp vindkraftverk i landskapet, medan\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/de.statista.com\/statistik\/daten\/studie\/184795\/umfrage\/anteil-der-energietraeger-an-der-stromerzeugung-von-rwe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">andelen f\u00f6rnybar energi i koncernen<\/a>\u00a0l\u00e5g under tre procent. \u00c4ven 2018 produceras endast magra 5,6 procent av gr\u00f6n el och f\u00f6retaget rankas bland de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Liste_der_gr%C3%B6%C3%9Ften_Kohlenstoffdioxidemittenten\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">15 st\u00f6rsta CO2-utsl\u00e4pparna i Europa<\/a>.<\/p><\/blockquote><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-500033-identifier\">Ett bra s\u00e4tt att transparent kommunicera sina egna anstr\u00e4ngningar f\u00f6r mer h\u00e5llbarhet inom e-handel \u00e4r genom certifikat. M\u00e5nga handlare och tillverkare inom outdoor-branschen har till exempel anslutit sig till\u00a0<em>Global Traceable Down Standard<\/em>\u00a0eller\u00a0<em>Responsible Down Standard<\/em>. B\u00e5da m\u00e4rkena certifierar dunprodukter n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller uppf\u00f6dning, utfodring och liknande. Levande plockning eller tv\u00e5ngsfodring \u00e4r d\u00e4rmed uteslutna &#8211; l\u00f6ftena kontrolleras av oberoende organisationer som regelbundet genomf\u00f6r oanm\u00e4lda inspektioner. Ett absolut no-go \u00e4r d\u00e4remot egenh\u00e4ndigt uppfunna certifikat utan n\u00e5got inneh\u00e5ll som vilseleder kunderna. \u00c4ven tomma eller vilseledande reklam\u00e5taganden kan skada ett helt varum\u00e4rke.<\/p><h3 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-572598-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-9\">#5: Granskningen: Marknadsanalys och framg\u00e5ngskontroll<\/h3><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-599793-identifier\">H\u00e5llbarhet blir ocks\u00e5 allt viktigare inom e-handel. Men det \u00e4r inget sj\u00e4lv\u00e4ndam\u00e5l. Endast den som kan h\u00e4vda sig p\u00e5 marknaden kommer att ha l\u00e5ngsiktig framg\u00e5ng med sin milj\u00f6v\u00e4nliga strategi och eventuellt tr\u00e4nga ut andra, mindre h\u00e5llbara akt\u00f6rer. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r b\u00f6r n\u00e4tbutiker anv\u00e4nda l\u00e4mpliga verktyg f\u00f6r marknadsbevakning &#8211; f\u00f6r i den snabbr\u00f6rliga och enorma onlinev\u00e4rlden \u00e4r icke-automatiserad analys helt enkelt inte l\u00e4ngre m\u00f6jlig.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-609841-identifier\">Samtidigt b\u00f6r \u00e4ven framg\u00e5ngarna med den nya h\u00e5llbarhetsoffensiven h\u00e5llas under uppsikt. Hur mycket mer betalar kunder f\u00f6r milj\u00f6v\u00e4nliga produkter, hur m\u00e5nga utsl\u00e4pp har sparats sedan energimixen byttes och hur m\u00e5nga anst\u00e4llda pendlar redan med kollektivtrafik? F\u00f6r genom detta f\u00e5r handlare inte bara mer information om sina kunder, utan det motiverar ocks\u00e5 de anst\u00e4llda att alla drar \u00e5t samma h\u00e5ll.<\/p><h2 class=\"theme-wp-block wp-block-heading gb-responsive-44568-identifier\" id=\"tab-con-10\">Slutsats: Det beh\u00f6ver inte alltid vara det stora steget!<\/h2><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-803988-identifier\">Allt fler konsumenter uppm\u00e4rksammar aktivt sitt ekologiska fotavtryck och milj\u00f6n, till exempel genom att f\u00f6redra \u00e5tervunnet material och returnera mindre. Men inte varje Amazon-handlare eller n\u00e4tbutiksoperat\u00f6r kan helt f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra sitt sortiment. Den som s\u00e4ljer elektronikprodukter har oftast liten p\u00e5verkan p\u00e5 de globala strukturerna f\u00f6r r\u00e5varuutvinning av batterier. S\u00e4rskilt kan den lilla n\u00e4tbutiken st\u00f6ta p\u00e5 sina begr\u00e4nsningar n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller h\u00e5llbarhet inom e-handel.<\/p><p class=\"theme-wp-block gb-responsive-516817-identifier\">Trots allt kan milj\u00f6medvetna n\u00e4tbutiker uppn\u00e5 mycket med sm\u00e5 \u00e5tg\u00e4rder: Oavsett om det handlar om att byta till gr\u00f6n el, milj\u00f6v\u00e4nliga fraktkartonger eller certifiering av produktkomponenter \u2013 \u00e4ven i det lilla g\u00e5r det att \u00e5stadkomma en hel del. Detta skonar inte bara milj\u00f6n, utan handlaren drar ocks\u00e5 nytta av kostnadsbesparingar och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrad image.
