New “Refund cost” metric

  • The new “Refund cost” metric has been introduced in Business Analytics. You can fill in the refund cost on the product cost level by using the “Product details” drawer. The refund cost value can be allocated in either the total “Cost of goods” value, or for a particular subcategory. For your convenience, there are two ways of filling in the refund cost: by entering the monetary value, or as a percentage.
