Since day one, SELLERLOGIC has focused on delivering solutions that empower Amazon sellers to stay competitive, save time, and scale their businesses efficiently. At the core of this mission is an innovative, customer-centric approach – whether it’s developing new products and features or refining existing ones, every solution is designed to address real challenges our customers face. The continuous upgrading and updating of SELLERLOGIC Lost & Found Full-Service is a part of this innovation.
In this article, we highlight how SELLERLOGIC helps you stay compliant with XML invoice regulations, provides clear visibility into your Lost & Found registration process, and automates Amazon payouts to boost operational efficiency.
Our latest Lost & Found Full-Service updates are designed to give you more control over your processes, increase transparency, and eliminate manual tasks, all while saving you time and reducing stress. Here’s a quick look at what’s new.
#1: Invoices That Meet EU Standards – Machine-Readable via XML
As of January 2025, European regulations require invoices to be in XML format.
#2: Displaying Full Service Dates on Customer Account Pages
With the new update, you can track the status of your Lost & Found Full-Service registration in real-time, offering you full visibility into every step of the process.
There are three statuses guiding users step by step:
#3: Schedule Your Amazon Payouts Automatically – Initial Payout Functionality Added
SELLERLOGIC now automates your payout requests, allowing you to schedule them in advance and reduce the need for manual withdrawals. Instead of logging into Amazon Seller Central each time, you can schedule regular payout requests based on your preferences.
Amazon allows payout requests once every 24 hours. Please note: Amazon only accepts one payout request every 24 hours. If you’ve already triggered a payout manually or through another integration, the scheduled request from SELLERLOGIC will be declined. Additionally, requests may be rejected if your Amazon account doesn’t meet certain requirements — such as having a negative balance or missing payment details in Seller Central. Manual withdrawals remain available if needed.
Our Innovation Starts With You
From compliance to transparency to automation, these updates are designed with your success in mind. Running a successful Amazon business is getting more challenging with each year. That’s why we’re committed to building solutions that take the pressure off your plate – so you can focus on growing your brand.
