Was sagen Mitarbeiter über SELLERLOGIC.

What kind of people work at SELLERLOGIC and who contributes to the success of the company? Today we introduce you to Arne – our Team Lead in Customer Success!

SELLERLOGIC: Arne, where are you originally from and what is special about that place?

I was born and raised in Berlin, in a Berlin of the 80s and 90s, so I experienced the fall of the Wall firsthand, as I grew up not far from Warschauer Straße. Although Berlin is large and partly dirty, it has many beautiful corners, which I associate with many wonderful memories. In the meantime, I lived outside of Berlin for nearly 20 years and have now moved back to Berlin. It is the size that I particularly like about Berlin. You can be alone in the crowd here and still have many good contacts spread throughout the city, and that says something. Berlin is so large that each district has its own shopping area. Berlin is truly multicultural, and you can feel this mix everywhere in the city, which is why I will always carry Berlin in my heart, even if I should end up somewhere else again.

How would you describe the company or the products and your tasks to your friends?

As Team Lead for Customer Success and Support, I have been with the company since September, but I realized early on that it is a very interesting company. Flat hierarchies are truly the norm here, and I like it to be innovative, progressive, and open-minded. I am here to build up and expand customer support, bringing in employees so that we can provide the best support for our customers.

How did you come to SELLERLOGIC?

Long story… the CEO can be quite persistent. We met in 2016 when I was still working for Amazon in seller support, and since then there have been moments when we interacted, and he would ask me if I wanted to work for him. Initially, I declined because I was happy at Amazon, but in February 2019, we got in touch again, and he apparently asked me at just the right moment if I would reconsider. So, we met for a conversation, and well, now I have been with SELLERLOGIC since September and do not regret my decision!

What is your impression of SELLERLOGIC and the team?

I have already mentioned above what I think about SELLERLOGIC, but one more thing: SELLERLOGIC does everything right and finds solutions for sellers who feel abandoned by Amazon and provides good support, which gives our customers real added value. The team, small but fine, is a nice mix of different but very interesting people. Even though I work from home and from Berlin, I have already had the luck to meet the team in person, and it will be an exciting and interesting time, as I believe we can catapult SELLERLOGIC forward together.

What three qualities define you? Introduce yourself briefly. What are your best sides?

Phew, luckily I was asked about my best sides because I don’t have any bad ones. No, seriously, I am an empathetic listener and questioner. According to MBTI, I am chaotic-creative with a slight helper syndrome. But ultimately, the words of Jürgen von der Lippe describe me quite well: “Feet in the fire and hair in the wind” – I like to be on the go. Sitting at home is rather dreadful for me, and I often need to get out.

Finish the sentence: When I grow up, I will …

When I grow up, I will be a banker and rob the world.

I don’t think I’ll ever really grow up and somehow I always have silly ideas in my head, I enjoy gaming on the PlayStation and also like to do sports (even if it doesn’t show at the moment), there’s never room for boredom with me.

Can people follow you somewhere, for example on Twitter or Instagram?

The stalker question, yes, you can follow me very well on public transport. ? I am on FB and IG, but I only use FB for information. It’s rather rare for me to post something; if I do, it’s usually reposts of news, for example. Because when I go to a concert, I am one of those who leave the smartphone in the pocket and enjoy the concert instead of filming and posting, and my food doesn’t necessarily need to be seen by everyone. ?

Tell us one of your quirks.

Quirks!? Well, I wouldn’t really know, because what others might call a quirk is normal for me, as normality is like art: it lies in the eye of the beholder, and since my behavior is normal for me, I don’t think I have any quirks. So, I will just respond with excuses here because I can’t say anything about it.
